I'm so happy to see that even without any PT I'm doing the same. I eat everything in control. I quit sugar and packet foods. I try to be active as much as i can. Not too much. And I don't feel any cravings now. When i want to eat biryani i eat it with kebabs and salad. I eat small roti with chicken salan and salad and i eat everything healthy including oats and fruits. 5 months postpartum.

it was for sure one of the best thaughtfull conversations you have done.. i am a women health physical therapist and a mom, eager to make women learn the importance of self love during antenatal and postpartum periods of their lives.. hopefully i can also make some tiny difference in society for good..
