    December 17,2024 did this workout for the first time! balance is a big issue for me and found some of the moves sloppy and messy but did my best! 65 years of age and its true everything goes in your older age!! Cheers to everyone who did this with me in the Hustle 2024 Program

      Keep going, I am 67 and my moves were sloppy too - also would not do the burpees as I have a recovered rotator cuff injury ( 1 year without recommended surgery) - however I did a very fast sprint . At our age just keep moving - so many do not!!!

    This video brought back so much memories. I found Sydney’s channel during the pandemic when I was restarting my fitness journey. I didn’t have any equipment at home at the time and so I would search for body weight workouts to do . Sometimes I did them in my kitchen, sometimes in front of the tv in my living room and sometimes in the garage. I love this style workout so so much ! So happy to re-visit this era again ❤

    I pushed, at times it wasn’t pretty, but I didn’t strive for perfection I focused on moving my body and leaning in to the challenges! Sydney so grateful that you and Dustin took that risk! 😅

    Not gonna lie….cardio is always a struggle but when you don’t have good sleep even harder. Loved the speech at the end…you either succeed or learn….i finished and am proud of myself.

    I wouldn’t be able to get through some of these workouts, especially those days where I’m just not feeling up to it, if it weren’t for your constant enthusiasm and encouragement. You motivate me to do better every day and I can’t thank you enough. Feeling amazing because I crushed it this morning! Can’t wait to come back tomorrow

    I actually could do the kicks with jump the whole time. AND I would always shy away from ab workouts but I enjoy abs really!! Crushed it picked this for a movement day. If I never picked something that scared me I wouldn't be where I am I learned to love me😄

    I love working out with Sydney! The workouts are a mid-day energy boost during my kids' naptime. I just found out I am pregnant with my 4th baby and this will be my second pregnancy working out with Sydney! I appreciate all of her comments on variations for expecting mamas ☺

      @@DITL23 Congratulations! I did them probably until 38 or 39 weeks. But in the last few weeks I did not do them quite as often ( I took a nap instead on some days) and I would dial it back if I was feeling out of breath or any pain.

      @@DITL23 sometimes I would get cramping in my lower belly, right above my pelvis area so I would switch to the low impact modifications she gives. It can vary day to day depending on baby's position (mostly once baby is big and moving around). And getting a support belt helps when that type of pain happens 😊

    Ran 3 miles before this and I feel soooo good. Best workout program to follow literally on the internet. 5 months ago I would've rather done 100 burpees instead of a single mountain climber, and now I love them!!

    I'm PROUD today!! I passed an HR certification exam that I've been studying for for 2.5 months! Sydney's motivation has been a constant support during my study process. Following the exam, I went and got a major celebratory meal. Barely made it through 30 minute kickboxing but you know what, I did it!! Thanks, girl!

    Loved this workout! Don't be fooled by it only being 30 minutes, Sydney will still work you hard! Nice that there were no repeat exercises, so once you are done, you are done!

    Avg BP 141, highest 171. I hate cardio but always glad that I showed up, pushed through, and crushed it! Isn’t it amazing when you can look back to whenever it was when you started with Sydney and know that you are doing things you couldn’t have done in the beginning! That is what hard work and dedication will do for you!

    In the past I have hated kickboxing workouts because I would always be one step behind and I'd get so frustrated. But today was perfect! I actually loved it.     I have to admit I was a little intimated because I’ve only tried doing kickboxing once before and didn’t do too good. Blame it on the fact I’m not very coordinated Lol. But like others have said I would felt like I cheated you and myself if I didn’t give it a try. I’m glad I did because you don’t have to be perfect you just have to move. Thanks for all y’all do!!
