I've been watching you since you entered NASCAR and now I get to watch you in my favorite sport of drag racing it's so awesome to watch you come into something you know nothing about and learn from the bottom up you are a one in a lifetime driver there is no denying it.

I grew up racing Leah in Jr dragsters 20+ yrs ago.. they would travel from Cali all the way to the east coast to run our series (because we were so far ahead of the west coast programs) and she was badd fast back then!
We ran each other in the finals a Bunch of times... she was TOUGH!

I really like to see Tony doing this. Just like an Airplane pilot, check the wing, tires, and make sure nothing is dripping from the engine. No fuss No muss, just get it done.

My dad lost his leg after a period of multiple heart surgeries. That "one legged man" joke was one of his favorite jokes. He was a big Earnhardt Sr fan and I was always a Kulwicki and Petty fan. We both spent a period of time not really having anyone in NASCAR to root for and then we both agreed we were Stewart fans. He would have loved to see this!
Totally understand how racing is a way to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. Very cool that Tony jumps in and helps wrench on the car.
I've followed Tony all through his racing years. I think this is the happiest I've seen Tony because he is racing close to his wife, who he dearly loves. Good luck Tony, may the " Low number lights " be with you.
Tony i loved seeing what all goes on for you on a drag race weekend. Would be fun to see something like this for a sprint car race night sometime

Dear Mr. Stewart, I am here from the Cleetus McFarland channel..yes yes, I have been a fan of your since you gave a BOW after your crash at Indy nearly 25 years ago, but I have became a superfan after your introduction to drag racing last year and a MEGA-fan after your appearance at Indy with Garrett. You look so trim and fit these days!! You give inspiration to us over 50, Thank you for all the insight and may the M&M's fall your way.

I was there on Sunday! The man beside me acted like he was about to fight when I looked at him and asked if he was pullin for Smoke. Then he got excited when I told him that I was too! We about jumped our bench off the stands when you won the semi finals! One of these days I'll get to be there when you win! 😊
Tony no matter what you do you do an awesome job at it keep it up would love to come watch you get a track just to see how a man that has been through Formula 1 through NASCAR through open-wheel and done the things that you've done you're just amazing and thank you just wish it was more like you

I've been a drag racing fan since the '60s and been to many races as well as racing myself. This video is a whole new insight into how the pros operate. Very cool to watch and it makes us feel like we are part of the team. Thank you for doing this and giving us all a new point of view. You have a new subscriber.
I'd also like to mention that I stood next to you at the Shelby plant in Vegas many years ago while you were looking at a Series I car (if I remember correctly) I wanted to say hello but didn't want to interrupt.

You guys could make them an hour long and it still wouldn't be long enough. I really enjoy the behind the scenes stuff, we get the races on TV and you and your team do a great job of showing us behind the curtain.
I'm gonna guess that most of the viewers are gearheads, so I'd like to see more mechanical stuff on how a T/A dragster actually works.

Always knew you were focused Tony, we set in a rain out at Eldora USAC Race. Kalitta set fast time with Ferkel turning wrenches and Hewitt kept us entertained until they finally called the race. If it has a steering wheel, Tony can deliver. 😁

I have been a nascar nhra fan since I was 10 and honestly Tony watching this video makes me like you as a driver more than before, congratulations on 2nd place, I believe you will be winning a lot of races.
I really like the explanations of the terminologies used in this sport. I do not get into drag racing, but i am a fan of Tony.

Very few people understand how much work it is to run a drag car. The team knows every part of the car and how many runs are on each one. The stress is incredible and the work is very hard. As a driver you feel a little spoiled. It takes so much work to get down the track and only one person gets to really feel the speed. Great video. It really gives a look into why people give their lives to drag racing. I saw an Aston Martin F1 fan in there too!!! You people got class!! 😆

It's great to see Tony enjoying such a different motorsport other than NASCAR or Indycars. He's also successful at it too with his drivers and himself. I feel Tony will do very well with the NHRA.
