Really really good videos dude! The Reveno clutch for the Navi is 2.5 lbs lighter than the stock clutch. You think that mod was good. Try the Reveno ! :-)
1st off THANK YOU! this is a great video and I am definitely buying and installing this flywheel. 2nd I’m giving you a thumbs up 👍. 3rd is there a video of you putting on the 12 inch rear tire? Will you also do the front as well? And where you bought the tires? Again THANK YOU!
Glad I could help!! You’ll love the flywheel. As for the tires, no video doing the 12in rear wheel. I did it a few weeks after getting my Navi, about a year ago, and wasn’t making content at that time. I have 110/70-12 Michelin city grip 2s front and back. Rear required engine case shaving to fit. Bought the tires online, and had a local shop put them on. If any of my buddies do the 12in rear I’ll make a video of the process for yall
we work a lot of lower cc bike in asia including automatic. thing that you could improve if you notice a drop in rpm change lighter flyballs and slightly heavy center spring to catch up the lost rpm, in the other hand you could change the degree on the variator 12.5 /13.5 degree
appreciate the support from asia! I still have to mess with the contra spring. I haven't touched my clutch yet, so I need to figure out what to do there. coming up though!
@@Moetorcycles it's quite simple. it's kinda similar to sprocket but not the same entirely, it would just change the power delivery and rpm. fly ball: heavier= bigger front sprocket. lighter= smaller front sprocket center spring. center spring: heavy spring= bigger rear sprocket . lighter spring= smaller rear sprocket. clutch shoe spring: basically this spring would control on what rpm do you want the bike to move. ps: this modification has minimal change on top speed but acceleration wise it's a win-win situation. (top speed I would recommend the aftermarket camshaft)
Yes, clutch will be for gaining acceleration. I lost about 1s off my 0-30 when I added the 12in wheel, so my current acceleration times could all be quicker. The clutch should help gain that back. I have the cam on the way too. So we’ll see how that goes as well!
@@Moetorcycleshey I’m new rider just got the Navi. Doing deliveries and too out at 50 wrong a 120lbs plus a big food bag like 20x20x20 On the rear rack. My problem is acceleration speed would like to go faster and my other problem is winds. Once winds get up to 20-30mph I can only get up to 45mph on it. Would like to keep doing 50 even im high winds. Any suggestions would be so helpful. From you or anyone. Thanks and take care
@@jayyy4491 in your other comment you said you wanted a faster top speed. In this one you're saying acceleration. These aren't the same thing. If you want a faster top speed, do the 12in wheel like I explained in my other comment. If you want quicker acceleration, keep the 10in wheel, and get 12g rollers for your cvt instead for about $30. Will have you acceleration off the line a lot faster. Use the rest of your $600 budget to pair that with an air filter and exhaust (make sure to rejet the carb after adding these). 30mph winds are going to slow you down. The navi isn't really suitable for handling wind speeds that high. No light motorcycle/scooter is. And your big food storage box is not helping with this. I'm honestly surprised it's even going 45 in those conditions haha
Bro I’m thinking 💭 of getting a Navi 👍 because you if I do get my hands on one can I take it to you and maybe could gimme a for pointers one what to modify on it to get it to run similar to yours ? 😅
I didn’t weigh it, but based on the reported weight of the stock one and the weight of the lightened one (jst4shw listed the weight as 644g) it’s an 80g difference from stock to this one.
@@haroldgomez7330 it’s a very limited item. Comes in stock in small batches. The last batch was available right after I posted this video, but quickly sold out. Just have to keep an eye out on the website and buy them on preorder
i have no idea if im just got a lucky draw with my navi but i hit rev limiter on flat ground and hit 106-107 roughly on my digital dash before i hit limiter. i need a cdi for sure though i can hit it super consistently without a hill or anything. also need to get gps working actually ok on my phone too
That makes sense. The speedo doesn’t read accurately with the stock tire. Would definitely recommend getting a gps speedo to get some accurate readings (whether an app or hardware device). Hopefully it’s not too far off from what you’re seeing, but don’t be surprised if you’re not actually going 65mph (sick af if you are though!)
@@Moetorcycles really? i use a gps app on my phone but my phones been having issues. my 106-107 runs i used my brother in his bmw 128i beside me to confirm my speeds as best as i could.
Replace entier trani get cdi then do fly wheel I find puting a 12 inch wheel on the back increases top end like changing the gearing. Also a carb upgraded will help maintain power at higer rpms. Just drop another 1k and you almost have a bike as slow as a grom lmao
Honda’s goal is to provide the cheapest, most fuel efficient product. They tune the engines to run in a certain rpm range for fuel economy. This, and other mods like it, sacrifice fuel economy for performance. Hondas not selling the Navi as a performance bike, but an efficient and convenient one instead. Hope this helps!

Where can I get that air scoop?
linked in the description above!
nice one bro! Im tryna lighten my flywheel on my WR. Did you manage to compare the two on weight to see how much lighter the light flywheel was?
Reported to be 80g lighter than stock but I did not weigh them to compare
Does the new flywheel come with the flywheel puller ?
You can add it to the order for an extra $15. It’s also the same as gy6, so you can also just get one of those
