I live in the Dominican Republic and some time ago I was looking for a UA-cam channel that would make me cry with joy. Thanks to Judge Caprio for making me feel that makes me spend the most relaxed day.
This is a very powerful moment in her student career. To be able to sit in that chair, review a case, come to a conclusion that suits the offence, rights of the person and so on is incredible, it gave her a taste in what she’s striving to be and for someone who may be feeling discouraged this could really help them out. You’re a great judge, you make fair judgements, you see the case as different individuals rather than just another case. I appreciate everything you do and I’m sure everyone else does too.

Wow, actually I just thought it isn't that easy to make a good decision. When the judge is doing his job it looks easy but if you need to do the very same thing it doesn't look that easy anymore.
Such a great Judge, really does balance the scales of justice. He took the time right there and now to take the young lady under his wing and teach her a life lesson she will keep forever. That truly is paying it forward.

I am from Nassau County, NY as one of your subscribers and they do not dismiss it for the knowledge of the 4th pct but keep cases on non appearance warrants for twenty years. Judge Caprio is the best.

Kiran Reddy... Not the whole judiciary but yes the judicial system is corrupt... Higher courts especially the Supreme Court of India still have the most sensible, honest & objective judges. Its the lower courts which are the culprit. How they become judges with such insensitive mindset only to enjoy the benefits of the job & not objectively giving judgements is beyond me. The whole system is built so that the delays would happen... Right from the archaic laws to the, Judicial process, to the ignorant lawyers & the judges in those lower courts....
HailStonE one ex supreme court judge sexually harresed an intern in a hotel room and she did compain about it but nothing happend not even a simple case on him and yet they blabber about equal justice all the time hope you heard about this case..abuse of power is unlimited moving the case file to a prior date costs too public prosecutors take bribe to make weak arguments for bails and these judges do settle real estate cases outside the court absolutely no transperency at all and there is nothing we can do about it
Because appointment to the US Supreme Court is a political process which has significantly more to do with how well the Judge gets along with the sitting President and Senate than how well the Judge can do his job.

I agree with the first decision but not for her reasoning. Charge him $25 because he said he never saw the ticket but it was his car so. And the second case, she owes $$$$$

Yes but I'm sure it showed that he paid them promptly after receiving them. So it shows more likely than not that he never received that one or he would've paid. Sometimes the meter reader's don't make sure that the ticket is securely on the vehicle and they fly off pretty easily
