This judge is one of the amazing judges I have ever seen, and with the two brothers story, it really touch me to see how smiling the one's who took the responsibility was , and keep reminding me how precious it's to have a family and do care for them, no matter how difficult the situation is.

@@Zaman730 I think he meant he wished we had judges like that in the UK (England) not that we do have them (which we don't, and anyone caught on camera to do 1 mile over the speed limit will be fleeced and if they cannot pay they will be punished even more severely). It is rather clear that by 'love' he means we love this judge as YT viewers from the UK (England).

I came across this programme merely by chance, and have watched scores of these episodes since. Judge Caprio and Inspector Quinn are fantastic! But this particular episide really pulled the heart strings and it was so endearing to see Judge Caprio getting so emotional. This is compassion at it's best and puts the US justice system in a really good light.
