Inspector Quinn, you are a gentleman and I think you have a great sense of humor. Next to the judge, you make this show.
Caprio is unbelievably good - and Inspector Quinn is no slouch, either.
They make a damn fine team; should be an inspiration for all American courts.

You'll never find a judge as kind and respectful as judge Caprio is. Speak to him with respect and he'll give you a break everytime.
I totally agree about the judge and the Inspector both seem to care. The compassion and care shone to the defendants makes me believe there is still good people and the justice system can still work.
He was so sad when he heard the small girl spent a night in jail, this is a compassionate human being .
I can see why this judge gets a good reputation. He's a real person, cute, and a very good judge. A real jewel and hard to find. Your city is very lucky to have such a good judge and counsel..🔊🤗

The last girl looked like she had a bit of an attitude. But he was still nice to her.
I think she was really nervous. You can tell that she’s shaking her leg which is something a lot of people do when they’re stressed.
@@mdheartsuju She handled herself fairly well. The best thing she did which you don't always see on these videos is she kept her mouth shut unless spoken to. That goes a long way in court right there. That probably went a long way to helping the Judge make the decision he ended up making.

I didn't detect any attitude. she is really pretty though sometimes people detect that as attitude as its natural for people to feel intimidated by competition :)

I don't understand how people tell that they are social security and/or broke but have enough money to maintain a car. If I was broke or on social security, I would sell my car and buy an electric cycle/scooter that costs much less in maintenance and need no license/insurance etc.
it does not actually cost an incredible amount of money to keep a cheap "beater" on the road. Perfect maintenance is out of the question for the poor but maintaining a car so that it just barely works is often doable, and many folks don't have a realistic alternative in America where public transit options range from "vestigal" to "completely nonexistent."
American infrastructure is built around car ownership. You can't legally take a bike or a scooter onto a highway and frequently the highway is the only thing connecting one town to another. Also, many american families are very spread out, for example this woman lived 14 miles away from her sister, the only way she was going to be able to go back and forth for that distance is with a car.

The young lady should really watch who she hangs out with, and like the judge said watch her liquor intake while being out at the clubs. She really seem like a good girl that made a bad decision while under the influence.

Judge Caprio dismissed the case of traffic cases who was stabbed but said he did not believe him but he dismissed the charges even though he said he did not believe the stabbed man.

Boot! The boots make people come in. Why can't the city put on the boot itself rather then pay someone else to do it?
Because the city has to employ new people to do that and at the end this costs more money than paying a company. I mean, why should the city self-employ new people who the city has to pay for when there is a company that does so and the defendant has to pay for?!
its like you said, it gets people in to court. If the city can pay $100 to get people to come in on their own, that's cheaper than sending an officer or some other employee to collect the dozens of people they need to see everyday. A worth while cost to get these matters settled.
