Bobby! You’ve completely changed what I bring home from the grocery! I check the label before putting ANYTHING in my cart 🛒 now... products I thought were nutritious ended up flopping . Thanks for dropping knowledge 😃
My 64 year old brother transformed his health this past year by going vegan and eating only fresh organic food for a year or so. His back pain has virtually disappeared. He no longer requires or takes pain medication or blood pressure medication. He’s lost 20 pounds although he has never been overweight. His energy is that of his 20 year old self. I’m amazed by my brothers story. He’s a huge advocate now for vegan lifestyle
Veganism initially works because it mimics fasting and people usually remove all the processed crap they used to eat. At some point however you will run into deficiency.
It is Miyoko cheese (from the owner's first name "Miyoko Schinner"), not Mykonos. I love Kite Hill almond milk cheese and cream cheese. Not fond of their yogurts.Thank you Bobby for all your videos!
Vegan eggs... you can make this at home from chickpea flour and water add seasoning onion & garlic powder, salt, chili powder, nutritional yeast, turmeric whatever herbs and spices you like etc ... cheaper and no preservatives ... search for online recipe for Indian breakfast item called besan Pooja or chilla

I'm not vegan but I am dairy free and Miyoko's Butter is FANFLIPPINTASTIC! I don't really love other dairy replacements (like the cheese and yogurt) of any brand, but that butter? Always in my fridge!
I was blown away the first time I tried it. I would not have guessed it wasn't dairy. I even fed it to my butter-loving partner without telling him it wasn't dairy and he didn't notice a difference! :D
I’m about 90% vegan. I cook most of my own meals at home & stick to mostly planted based recipes. If I go out to eat for a special occasion or it’s a family gathering I’m ok with eating meat, poultry & fish. I’m not a big fan of cheese but I do love yogurt. I make my own batch of grass fed organic yogurt in the instant pot almost every week. I also make my own ice cream or if I’m being lazy go with Hagen. It’s what works for me because when I tried 100% veganism I was always thinking about the things I couldn’t eat. Lol

Don't know what percentage. But I have following the Mediterranean way of eating. The longer I am on it, the less meat I am eating, also my serving size of it has gotten to about 3 oz when I eat it. BTW, I'm 71, also had the experience of much less joint pain and higher energy.
Thanks for doing this--I thought I knew a lot about food but am learning more every time I watch one of your videos! My granddaughter is vegan and on a budget--we would love to see some budget-friendly vegan meals.
Thanks so much for making this video! I'm a vegan but I have learned so much from watching your videos on the ingredients in our food. Just because it's vegan doesn't mean it's good for you! 😊💚
Re; vinegar in pickles being "bad" Bobby, you need to review basic stomach physiology. The pH of pickle juice runs around 3, the pH of the stomach goes down to 1 (that is 100 time more acidic than pickle juice). Your pancreas then excretes bicarbonate that neutralized stomach acid as it enters the duodenum. A little bit of pickle juice or vinegar (or salad dressing, or the highly touted apple cider vinegar) is not going to do anything to your gut bacteria much lower down in the intestine.

Whole Food carries the best hummus I have ever tried. Hummus Guy brand Avocado and cilantro hummus! It does have some sunflower and or soybean oil, but the total fat is only 3g per 28 gram serving, so it can't have that much. Trader Joe's carries an eggplant hummus which has no added oil. I used to get that one, but lately, it doesn't stay fresh as long as it should. Maybe a temporary problem?
Thanks Bobby!! You’ve made shopping for healthier options so much easier for me. Love the Mykonos products. Can you do something on pancake and waffle mixes? Thanks.
Thanks for doing this! I’m plant-based, no oil, and am thrilled with the increasing amount of options coming out!! 🌱🌱🌱. My doc said to avoid coconut oil, as it is high in saturated fat, so I tend to avoid that, which stinks cuz it’s in a lot of things plant-based.
Do you get 10% off of all items at Whole Foods for being a prime member or just the sale items? I avoid Whole Foods since I think they are way overpriced but might try them again if they are offering 10% on everything.

Coconut is very prevalent, but I don’t think it’s all that bad..a lot of hype
Which butter would you recommend? Doesn't have to be vegan please. Thank you
He always mentions the grass fed Kerry gold butter. He also mentioned grass fed butter at Aldi as well.
Bobby i would really appreciate if you would include the prices after each product. Who agrees?
Emily Healy prices aren’t the same nationwide... or even store to store....
Do you get 10% off of all items at Whole Foods for being a prime member or just the sale items? I avoid Whole Foods since I think they are way overpriced but might try them again if they are offering 10% on everything.
10% off of sale items, and special discounts just for prime members. Honestly, it’s a really good deal
FlavCity with Bobby Parrish thanks Bobby! Will give them a try again!

Thanks Bobby for a wonderful video, can you please do a video on which tortillas to buy ?
Corn, whole wheat.....etc.
Thank you, thank you thank you soooooo much . This video means a lot for us vegans, and I was waiting for this for so long. And it’s so good you are informing now to all your followers that there are other options now at days on a plant based diet specially now we are seeing the devastation in the Amazonas and how we can help . Thank you again .
My pleasure!!!!
Thank you so much .I'm new to being to vegan . This helps alot
Just so yall know LAVVA yogurt has a coupon for bogo. Just letting you know, it is in sprouts too and a lot cheaper.
You've somehow topped yourself. ☺ bless your 💚, trying to film undercover in obscure aisles so as not to get thrown out. 👊😬All to bring us knowledge. 💕 you're the 💣. 😁💪A great video!! 👍.
Wow, thanks for that ❤️ this one was tough
Thank you, thank you!!! With dairy allergy I’ve had to give stuff up & especially butter has been difficult to find something similar for toast.
Can you please post a video about vitamins, probiotics...especially for kids. It’s hard to find it without natural flavor. Thank you for so good informative videos. Very very helpful. Please keep posting these.

I will!
@@BobbyParrish ok Bobby thanks
As always, I enjoy your videos and would love to see more plant-based videos. Incorporating more plant-based options would be wonderful and add even more variety to your already amazing content. Thank you
Can you create a printable ingredient list to avoid?
Working on that right now
what do you think of Ghee??
Hey Vandana, I'm passionate about Ayurveda and organic Ghee from grass fed cows are very healthy and nutritious. Bobby mentioned in another video about making it yourself from organic grass fed butter too :)

Thanks a bunch, Bobby! My wife and I love your channel.
We mostly eat vegan and this video helped us greatly.
My pleasure!
Thank you for this! It is Miyoko's. ALL of her products are the very best!
We use the soy yogurts and cheeses cause we have nut allergies in the house. Plus I can't pay $8 for butter. We don't use it everyday though.
Thank you Bobby! Awesome tips as always! Love your t-shirt (just like all your other ones). Can you please do more Costco snacks? they keep bringing more different products . Also, can you do a video with a list of bad ingredients? I started one (based on your videos) but I'm sure I'm missing some.
Yes to both..ebook coming for that ❤️📚
Hi Bobby! You need to do more research on Msg because there are two types of Msg. One is bad and other one is good please do more research on Msg because I think you have some mixed up. I hope this helps you out!! Remember I'm your fan and I have a feeding tube and some of us needs to have bad chemicals for us to gain weight and I'm trying to be vegan and half and dairy. Thanks for the video
Thank you Bobby!! This was so helpful. Hope to see more plant-based videos.
Yes Bobby you can buy palm oil in the grocery store. I've bought some. Bought it for a recipe. You can find it in the Asian markets in the African section. It's a deep red color. Has a weird funky taste to it. NOT good at all 😔😔😔
I am new to veganism. I have a child with a severe nut allergy, especially cashews. Cashews are in everything. Can you make a product review video for vegans with nut allergies? Glad I found your channel.
Thank you for this video!!! I’m a slightly newer vegan and I need to know healthy vegan options for the things I like! 👍😊
Love your videos! Do you have a coffee video?
“Why bother with the filler when you’ve got all the thriller right here?” 😂 👏
"Just because its vegan doesn't mean it's good for you" so true that's an understated statement.
Being vegan isn't always about being healthy lol
I like the sir kensingtons since its palm oil free with the aquafaba. Finding a soy free lunch meat is difficult.
Absolutely love your channel!! So educational and informative!!! I am gluten and dairy free. Making my grocery list for Whole Foods from your video.
After the Paleo puffs, I half expected Bobby to take a swig of the Malk creamer 😀
I did need something to wash them down with 😉
Is Agar as a binder safe to use? Also, what is the best tempeh to get?I have been looking.
