Just found your channel. I am menopausal and the last 15 pounds are not coming off. I was eating 1500 a day and cardio 5 days a week and the scale wouldn’t budge. I also do a lot of walking and hiking. I just had a stressful situation so didn’t eat much for 3 days and lost 2 pounds. I figured I will try to stay under 1000 for this last stretch. I used to be able to lose so easily.
Looks like I was really overestimating my calorie burn from walking at work. Have you ever had a moment where you really overestimated your activity level or calorie "burn"?

The “balance point” of calories needed for weight loss can totally shift as we age. It sure seems harder for me now too than it used to
