because aint nobody got time to listen to 700 phone calls. that's why.
Why does this say "updated three hours ago" and then when I click on the story it says from 4 days ago?
He's
Guilty
the prosecution cant be forced to provide your defense. that's wat the defense team is for. lock him up throw away the key. these comments make me sick.
This judge is refusing to allow the defense to even have a defense. This is the most corrupt judge and prosecution I’ve ever seen.
We know what the defense wanted to bring in disneyland.
She's part of that sacred fraternity they got goin on there
Agree. Shady stuff has been going on and is still going on.
It’s is disrespectful to turn this trial into a circus of conspiracy theories around Odinism.
Because the defense wasn't presenting their case. They wanted the judge to compel the state to change their case. It's nonsense and everyone knows it. "Corrupt" remains a meaningless buzzword, unfortunately.
This is a hot mess😮🎉
Bard Holder
Like how he went from a confident “I did it” to an uncertain, “I think I did it”. Pretty telling. If he did it, he would either say he did or he didn’t. He wouldn’t show uncertainty like this. Combined with the fact that there is zero DNA evidence, despite him wearing a jacket and cutting there throats. All that blood and none of its on him. How the state was allowed to bring charges is amazing. Probably the result of incompetence. All of LE seems to have been out of their depth on the entirety of this case. Unfortunately this is now all left in the hands of a jury of the smoothest brained peers the lawyers could find.
thats not how psychopathy or general mental illness works. you can forget things, even things like that. the brain is extremely fragile.
He has said he killed them over and over and over again. And for as DNA..It was 5 yrs before he was arrested . It was a warm day that day...why u think he had on a big coat like that ...to hide all his shit he had in it . They have the right man . & hopefully the jury sees it
Exactly, no blood in his car or clothing after that bloody scene and where Libby was moved?? Unbelievable. It couldn’t happen.
@bunnyluver2176 it was 5 years before he was arrested...there's not gonna be any DNA in his car or on his person or jacket ...can yall not use common sense...5YEARS!!!!!
@@icaruswaxwingsthat’s not how that works either.
How many disgusting drugs, days of isolation & other torture preceeded this pronouncement?
none. Not one disgusting drug, day of isolation, or minute of torture happened before this pronouncement.
@meepk633 Wrong!
Already he's having chronic depression and anxiety for a long time, so to add these other things it must be really really terrible. Cruel and unusual punishment before even being judged.
His mother and wife has kissed his a** and continue to do so! She’s also a mental problem, if someone admitted to murdering someone I’d be wanting the details. Look at those beautiful children, didn’t get the opportunity to say I love you to their family 😢 he was always sick in the head, his family chose to turn away! He’s admitted to assaulting family, prob hide under the rug! He’s a very sick individual, bad temper, breaking up his iPad, like a spoilt brat! He’s never taken responsibility for anything because he’s always been taught it’s okay mummy/wife will sort it out or deny it. He doesn’t know what truth and lies are….they’re all sick! Everyday they sit alongside Abby and libbys family, no shame! Those beautiful girls are gone due to this sick twisted 👹 May the girls family get strength to get through this 💞
Two years in Prison before going to trial?...Is this still the United States of America?
Yep, as screwed as any other state, aka Texas.
U.S.A. is shit! Happy live in Europe.
All trials that r murders or are big cases always take years to go to court. So u can sit in jail for 4 years, waiting to be heard by a jury and then found not guilty. Than they don’t release u immediately, u have to wait hours and hours and then u get released, spending all those years in prison just to be found Not guilty. This is American 🇺🇸
No
He waived his right to a speedy trial.
Sorry that this happened to these girls. But I dnt hear anyone speak on the 4 black girls that got burn up in that suspicious house fire in Indiana 🤷🏽♀️ what makes there case different.

It's so upsetting that they're not being mentioned along with Delphi now that the trial has started. They deserve Justice too. Carroll County should be doing more to solve this.
The polygraph expert who was working on the Flora case - she and her daughter also passed in a suspicious fire. Stephanie Thompson.
@ I didn’t know that. So someone in that County is doing a lot of covering up NOT to find out what happened to that family. This case for sure got pushed under the rug @WTHR
RA’s confessions to his wife may be the only time he’s been honest with her. 😂
Anyone thats seen what the other crazy crap he has done and said, and knows about coerced confessions, knows how freaking insane this guy is, and with how mishandled this case was, he is either being a scapegoat for it can be claimed they "solved the case" (he would be the most ideal person for a false confession), or infuriated that IF he is guilty the crap the prosecutors have pulled is an insult to the victims and their family
Just can’t get past him being one of the last photos on the girls phone. Has his wife ever said that’s not my husband. Where is the phone he carried the day on the bridge. I think they said 23 phones on his property but not that one🤷🏻♀️
Guilty.
No he is not
why would the judge allow only some of the conversations and not as many as both parties would want... sounds unfair to me and i question the judges bias in this case now... unless this was explained previously as i am not up to date as many of you
The state's case is so weak it's surprising it ever got to trial. Absolutely no way he can be convicted off this.
Saying this doesn’t make it true.
lets hope the jury sees through all of the bs
I believe the jury is very aware of the problem and the problem is the judge, the state, the people trying to hang a man without proving him to be the killer just to shut everyone up
Oh I can guarantee they Aquit him and he sues and I hope the victims families sue as well for making a mockery of their loss
There are people who are convinced he is guilty w/o even hearing the testimony or evidence. SMH!
System Logs: Modern smartphones often keep detailed logs of physical events. For example, iPhones and many Android devices log headset plug-in events. These logs can record timestamps, allowing forensic experts to determine exactly when a headphone jack or other connector was plugged in or unplugged.

Who found the bullet???
Why doesn't main stream media on channels like this one tell the whole story about what's really happened in this case
"Why mainstream media not repeat baseless confused conspiracy theories I heard from moron lawyers on youtube?!?!?"
“Tell the investigators to come get me, I will tell them whatever they want me to.” Richard Allen.
"i'll never admit to something i havent done"...........
@ try spending 6 months in solitary confinement and see how long you last before you break.
He did it admitted it and now trying everything in his grab bag.
He looks sick
I don't believe he did it. He confessed under extreme duress. Imo.
RA’s attorneys and family gaslighted him while he was in prison! They would not let him change his plea! Is that legal?
RA only confessed after receiving reading discovery report😂Yah..Sound legit

The same video they showed in court that no one could even see BG???
his "confessions" seemed coherced, for sure. Harshman stated that Mr. Allen was "calm, subdued & solemn" during these phone calls...another way of wording that could be, "drugged, beatdown & gaslighted into submission". I'll never foget the the day the Delphi jailers & PO paraded Mr. Allen into the courtroom as he had drool running down his bright orange prison uniform, and visibly appearing as he'd been beatdown mentally & physically, while the "good ole' boys" of Delphi in Carroll County showed off their "prize" catch....5 YEARS later!
HE CLEARLY DID
Clearly how? He's freaking nuts
I think he is sunk!
It's sad that I don't want to believe it . WTH. This case just went in all directions
Im slow to this case, but what happened to the rest of the "down the hill" video? Did they show it in court, and maybe turn it on for the jurors?😅
Did not mean to push that smile face...
They showed it in court. It's 43 seconds and shows bg coming up right behind them or similar. "guys" "hi" says one of the girls, and then "down the hill" and one of the girls noticing the gun and one remark about which way to go down the hill.
How long has he been married? What's sad is there's no way in the world you don't know what clothing your husband owns. Even if I couldn't make out the face I would 1000000% be able to identify my husband by his clothes. If she knows those clothes belong to him in the bridge picture and she is withholding I hope karma finds her.
I just think someone they knew lured the girls to that spot.. just really odd that two young girls were roaming around there or they were dumped there.
Guilty! Guilty! Guilty!!! Just wait!
If his voice matched then it matched!
How many of you people here commenting- guilt or innocence have had a family member in jail? Clarity for prison for his own safety....yes this is the lovely court system in America. Question? Will it ever change? 99% chance of h.e. double toothpicks to the no! Lady justice is not blind by any stretch of the imagination.
I've been to jail and prison. I'd much rather be in prison. I'd much rather have my own cell if I could still get rec time and showers. And I went in before they had ipads.
@@meepk633but his water was turned off, his lights were on 24/7, he was also under 24/7 surveillance, meaning people are watching you take a deuce. Under the influence of harsh medications. 13 months of solitary confinement. No contact with anyone outside the prison for 7 months. Then when he gives a confession, he gets to call Kathy. He gives another one he gets his water turned back on, and so forth. This was all told by his psychiatrist. I am outraged at that. This was someone who wasn’t even convicted yet. I have an issue with that. He might be the right guy, but the way he was treated is inhumane , even our international policies states that solitary should be used for no more than 30 days. That’s the part that has me so upset as an Indiana resident.
@@StephanieDickinson-ig9ju we should all be upset that the court system is horrible since they are "Innocent" until proven guilty. For me, we have to prove our innocence and that makes me MAD!

💯 when I see the image of bridge guy, I see RA!

It’s not Brad it’s definitely RA
What's the point of an artist rendering of the real people when they could actually show the real people.
Biased click bait.
Lost count of the number of misquotes that have come from the trial.
Thank goodness for the lawyer UA-camrs who are presenting the case to the public on a day to day basis, because they’re reporting the facts - without the angle on show here.
His confessions and his bullet?
The members of the Vinlander gang are guilty, not RA.
Elvis Fields confessed to his sister. Him Brad Holder and Mike Patty did this. Look the confession he made to his sister up.
Ya and isn't it weird the witnesses that went to the police and gave them all the evidence they had.... They're all de ad now?
I think I did????
This case is alarming. I think he is probably guilty but he has a right to the best defense possible. This is odd.
The Defense's case is going to HIT HARD. This county is going to be shocked.
Not Guilty.
If the judge allows it.
You say Richard Allen has falsely confessed, yet you truthfully confessed to being extremely cringe. Hypocrisy much??
@@meepk633 Look in the mirror.
WTHR, thank you for your stellar reporting on this trial. Tremendous job you all are doing.
I hope the appeals courts have better sense. You cannot bring someone to trial on scant and questionable evidence and then refused to allow them to even have a defense afrer you have held them in solitary confinement in a max security prison before they were ever tried. Everybody needs to take a very close hard look at the law enforcement, DAs office, and judge in this county.
It would be helpful to us know… hear his actual voice maybe? The one that said ya know.. those word.
The comments here are disturbing.......this judge has ran a very professional trial......kept it from being a circus.....if you don't live in a rural town then you don't understand most of the evidence against him......he is guilty, but also he has mental problems.....he had those problems before the murder, they were not caused in jail.
I think this is going to be a hung jury unless the judge can badger them to find him guilty .
Richard Allen knew some things in reference to the girls, the crime scene and some other things that was never released proves he committed this crime even without his confessions and even without the gun.
Were his interrogations ever fully released to the public? If not, then we have no idea if that information was divulged by the interrogator with leading questions.
