If his car was so distinct and the only one that could be found on record of being owned in the area why was that evidence never used in the 5 years prior to his arrest? That doesn’t make any sense.

I wondered why the misplaced file marked Cleared that eventually led to Allen’s arrest was disregarded like that. Who cleared him? Usually it takes a polygraph or airtight alibi to clear someone. Maybe the law enforcement handling the case at that time believed it had been Ron Logan that committed the crimes & never pursued this other lead.

      * ineptitude. That sounds like day one investigation shit right there. Anyone following the case would have assumed leads like that were being followed up on. Unless it had something to do with the timing of the sheriff election stuff and none of this had ever been lost. That wouldn’t surprise me at all.

LE has never claimed a slam-dunk case. The evidence presented is a culmination of many puzzle pieces, and is being shown in chronological order. 5-1/2 yrs went by before RA’s first interview was rediscovered, after looking at many others.
If he was going to be set up, it would have been after his initial interview in 2017, after admitting he was there during same time that day, dressed in “bridge guy” attire, seeing 3 other girls who saw him, …

At the time of his 'confessions' he had just begun receiving the Discovery for the case against him. So, even though the details of the case were in his possession the 'psychologist' still determined that he gave her "details only the perpetrator would know." Also at the time of his 'confessions' he was in severe mental distress which the 'psychologist' believed he was "faking for his own benefit" (which she later admits she believed she may have been wrong about that). He had been in solitary confinement months past the maximum duration permitted. He was isolated from his family as well. (studies have proven that extended solitary confinement causes severe mental health issues even in those who have never had any prior issues.) He had extreme sleep deprivation. He had begun talking to himself. He had been defecating in his cell and eating his own feces. He had two black eyes which the psychologist said she believed were the result of him banging his head on the wall. (however, she never checked the surveillance video to confirm that.) He flopped back and forth from confessing to denying involvement. He was suffering side effects of a medication that the 'psychologist' didn't consider in her evaluations because she "wasn't involved in his medication" and therefore wasn't aware if he was or wasn't medicated at times she evaluated him. He confessed to things that are known to be 100% false. One is confessing to the deaths of his entire family who are clearly alive. I find it mind blowing that in The USA in 2024 'confessions' made during a psychotic break can be cherry picked and used as evidence in a court of law.

Hope the jury gets becomes aware of how they were fooled. I still have questions and thoughts about these:
*72 untested hairs because they are waiting for "better tech" - which by the way the FBI could've assisted with because they HAVE the tech
    * Brad Holder confessed 2 times - under no duress.
    * Elvis Fields Confessed 3 times and even told a cop he spit on one girl - under no duress. His sister passed a polygraph when she was asked about this confession.
*Brad Holder had an image that mimicked the crime scene on his FB account.
*Why does the above mentioned man go to the same Masonic lodge as the prosecutor?
*Why was the jury not allowed to hear that this said man, Brad Holder's, son dated one of the victims?
*Who did the 3 phones belong to that was around the bodies as per the geofence data?
*Why was an audio device plugged into the phone when the murders are supposed to have happened already and the phone is found under the victim?
*Why was the green headscarf not tested?
*Who fed Allen the information about the van, could it be his treating Dr? This van was discussed years before Richard was even arrested on all the platforms Dr Wala was part of.
*No one saw those bodies in daylight for 8 hours straight?
*Why did they never have the boxcutter as the weapon, only brought it in when they heard Allen falsely confess to using a boxcutter.
*Can a boxcutter even create those large wounds?
*Why was the photo of Abby never found on the phone yet the rest were?
*What was the reason for removing the FBI off the case, was it that they actually also believed not one person could commit such a horrific crime and that maybe some of the above mentioned men may be involved?
*Why did the witnesses not point out Richard Allen in court as the man on the bridge?
*If Richard Allen was caught off guard by this van, why did he not mistakenly leave ANY evidence at the scene?
*Why did they never let Richard Allen SIGN a confession?
*Why if they can take his word on his confessions of killing L and A, do they not take is word on killing his own family?
Maybe the mainstream media should also start asking these questions as well.

Victim and victimizer. This is often the story of crime. But Its possible that Allen gathered that information via many podcasts reviewing this case up until the time of his arrest. So, not concrete confession. The white van information is pretty solid evidence of his presense ,though. Also, his confession about SA. Although not evidence that he killed anyone , it certainly begs the question as to what law enforcement may have done with that information after receiving it. As well, cruel and unusual punishment with respect to his time in solitary is definately on the table. But i suspect that since sitters shared information with general population, Allen would have been at serious risk of repurcussions. Undoubtibly, Allen may have acted crazy to avoid being sent to general population, which is entirely sane and reasonable considering the risk he would be facing.

Wouldn't he be on cctv footage on the stores cameras whilst walking back the way le say?Muddy and also
    bloody allegedly?
The store's had le visit asking to look at cctv footage & the store people screenshotted
footage from around the time? Its obvious he wasnt on any cctv from the store or le would have used it to prove their bridge guy claim?
    But why did the store
    Worker/manager/owner take screenshot
Of their footage & its said they still have the screenshots all these years later? WHY?if RAs on footage then yeah but he cant be or le would have copies?
Apologies for not recalling the stores name folks?Harvest is it the name?Well we know which one im
    Talking about,?😊.
What still surprises me is if RA is the "down the hill "guy?, Why hasnt no
    One come forward to le
After recognising the voice?Delphi is small and he worked alongside many plus
Customers visited to pick prescriptions up and other stuff? He and his wife were well known and they went out often.just saying.😊
His daughter said the opposite in court to what was going round UA-cam and elsewhere
    Its common to see BS
Now without the facts it shouldn't be said and especially the stuff that was going round to do with him and his daughter..IMO MORE than 1 perp was involved ? as did some le back then Say also?
Many surprised that the cell phone wasnt taken
    Away and destroyed??

i read somewhere that this was well known years before his arrest that this guy drove past there at that time...
unless it was completely kept secret then it is worthless, and even if not it is not strong evidence, white vans are extremely common.
