It's always a pleasure watching your command of the aircraft sir
the level of professionalism is outstanding. I aspire to be like you someday.
Thank you very much. I am just a well trained pilot.
"Train like you fly and fly like yo train".
Happy Landings,
Guido
Michael, you are exactly right.
In critical phases of flight (e.g. take off and landing), the ignition is ON. In case of a flame out, this should re-light the engine instantaneously.
Same goes for flights in icing conditions, strong turbulence and heavy rain.
Happy Landings,
Guido
Guido is very professional. Great to watch. Very smooth.
+Greg Estrada
Thank you very much, Greg.
Happy Landings,
Guido
The addition of the external view is great! Between the two cameras, it just like a free ride to Westchester County!
Nice. Keep on taping. You and the copilot are extremely polite and very technical.
Always fun to hear New York approach too.
Really enjoy watching all your videos Guido. Keep them coming.
Very nice video! The operational flow, communication, and synergy was magical! A beautiful dance! Bravo!
Thank you very much, David.
A good flight is always the result of good crew / team work.
Happy Landings,
Guido
Hello Mr. Warnecke, thanks for shearing, great video! looking forward for some more Citation action!
Nice one Captain, calm, super professional. You make it all look so easy!
+AeroNevin
Thank you!
It is all much easier than it appears.
Happy Landings,
Guido
I love your videos Guido. Your a great, calm, cool and collected pilot. I have about 500 hours, and am ready to take my Commercial check-ride. I plan on going through the ATP program soon. Keep the videos coming.
I absolutely love your videos! Keep up the good work and keep posting. I am very impressed with your professionalism & piloting skills. :-)
Guido, thank you for all your great videos, i have learned so much! Proud to say i have earned my instrument rating today. Thank you again!
Congrats Neil!
Now go out and use the instrument rating every time you fly.
You will enjoy it and it is all much easier compared to the flight training lessons.
Happy Landings,
Guido
I love the professionalism of Mr. Warnacke and his co pilots.
Thank you Stan.
I will pass his on to the other crew Member Mike Bullard.
Happy Landings,
Guido
Really enjoyed the video. 30 years ago I did enjoy flying the Grumman American Cheetah with the sliding canopy out of Hobart, IN.
About to do my type rating in the CJ3 in January. This is great stuff to watch as an example of great great CRM and procedures.
Best of luck with the type rating!
Happy Landings,
Capt. Guido
Great camera-perspective. Fantastic coverage!
Great video as usual.Guido you make me proud to be a pilot!
Thank you, Wesley!
Happy Landings,
Guido

Your videos are fascinating. I enjoy them very much, William Coulter
Only my pleasure, William.
Thanks for watching my videos.
Happy Landings,
Guido
Thank you!
You are right - these short hops are a lot of work, especially for the guy in the right seat.
Happy Landings,
Guido
Wow! Awesome pro's! Well done. I was surprised how small the cockpit is in the Citation V is. I agree terrific CRM and overall cockpit communication!
Thanks Wayne.
I have flown both the Cheetah and the Tiger and have to say these are great airplanes!
Happy Landings,
Guido
Love the Videos they Are SO Cool! I could view them all day

My son flies Citations. Lot's going on up there. Great job and thanks for the video.
Nice video! I saw you in MVY this summer taking photos, you got a nice one of us taking off.
@@GuidoWarnecke are you going to comment on every comment I made with the same thing?
Excellent video again, Guido!
Fly safe.
PS. Still waiting in Tuscon, AZ for some beers
Thank you John!
Please keep these ALB's (After Landing Beers) cold...
Happy Landings,
Guido
I love your videos! SIMPLY THE BEST!
just great! such pro's you guys are! thx
What a team. Nice work!
She's a floater! Smooth landing though. You have some really great videos. As a fellow pilot, I really enjoy watching the professionalism in the cockpit and good use of CRM. You're a good example and motivator to use good CRM during every flight, even ones as short as this one.
Marshall Knoll Thank you!
The Citation V has a fat wing. Floats easy if he speed is to high.
Happy landings,
Guido
Thank you very much for watching my videos!
Happy Landings,
Guido
Nice and beautiful CRM!! thanks for the video.
Thank you!
Happy Landings,
Guido
Nicely Done! Excellent work.
Thank you Andrew!
The rudders and the ailerons are connected with a spring loaded cable. This makes it easier to do coordinated turns in flight without the need to use the rudder.
On the ground, we steer the nose wheel with the rudder, so anytime the rudder moves, also the flight yokes move.
Happy Landings,
Guido
Very nice video Guido! Congratulations!
Thank you very much, Roberto!
Happy Landings,
Guido
You're welcome! When you come to MGY or DAY, let's hang out for a coffee. Success! ;)
Ron, good question.
No problem, there is a spring in the connection that can be easily overpowered.
Happy Landings,
Guido
You are very welcome!
Happy Landings,
Guido
Thanks Patrick.
I have been with N365EA at PDK recently. A video is in the works.
Lucky you..
PDK is a very spotting friendly airport. I got nice shots of that yellow Waco bi-plane.
Happy Landings,
Guido
Patrick, to ATL not many times, but I go to Peachtree at least once a month.
Happy Landings,
Guido
Thanks Hector!
Happy Landings,
Guido
Thank you very much!
Happy Landings,
Guido
DXR is a great airport! I've only flown in there once from FRG, but we got the approach between the two hills. that was sweet
Blue & white T182T.
Happy Landings,
Guido
My initial PPL was done at Saskatoon, Canada. Commercial license and ATPL at Johannesburg, South Africa.
Happy Landings,
Guido
Excellent Film. I'm looking foreward to see more ;-)
Great Videos! Waiting for more.
Greetings from 'Germany.
This A&P Mechanic says very professional...well done.
You are so lucky. This is awesome. Every human should experience flight.
Thanks for subscribing!
More videos are in the works.
Happy Landings,
Guido
Those call signs sign familiar... fly into BTV before? these are great videos for ATC trainees with no previous flying experience. we sometimes forget how hectic it can be in the cockpit. Keep these video coming! ; ) thanks again.
Alex, the audio goes directly into the camera.
Best of luck with your PPL!
Happy Landings,
Guido
Great video. I really like how it shows the cockpit dynamic between pilots. My only suggestion would be could you splice in the outside views during the video (ie like a camera angle outside, then back inside, but keep the same audio track etc).
Our bases are at MQY and DXR at the moment.
Happy Landings,
Guido
Another amazing Video!! just like the King Air one.
Very well done!!!!
Thank you very much. My "copilot" is a Captain on the Citation V too and a true professional. Thanks for watching my videos!
Happy landings,
Guido
Good pilot Chris!
As normally the right seat pilot pilot works the radios (in these small jets), we use the no 2 stack (rights) in order to that the right seat pilot does not need to reach over.
I see myself, however, using the no 2 stack as well if I am flying alone....
Just a habit, I guess...
I we use main DC electric power and switch to "emer" bus, we have only the no (left stack) available.
Interesting question, thanks, Chris.
Happy Landings,
Guido
Thank you Vikram. The steering on the ground is conventional with the rudder pedals. Ailerons and rudders are connected with a cable and a spring, so in a turn during flight, the rudder moves automatically with the ailerons.
Happy Landings,
Guido
Patrick,
I will fly to OSH in a Canadian T182T, C-GERD on Thursday.
Just for fun, on vacation.
Happy Landings,
Guido
Grate job captain, love your chanel
Another 5* video and flight.......thanks for sharing
Thank you very much.
Actually another "Citation" video is in the works and will be up shortly.

Greetings from the USA to "Down Under".
Great movi and work !
Excelente video capitan ! keep sharing !
Thank you very much "Y. S."
And thanks for watching my videos.
Happy Landings,
Guido
Thank you very much for your comment "Mike Alpha". We try our best and as you pointed out correctly, it is "crew" work". More videos to come, so stay tuned. Thanks for watching my videos and happy landings!
Guido
I train out of Peachtree. Love that airport, always a lot going on. Your videos honestly help with the CRM, when I am flying solo out of there.
If you are flying IFR in N365EA (Or another corporate aircraft), if i am down there flying, maybe ill see if i can get a few spotting pictures. I would say that I would say hey over the radio, but you would most likely not know who it was talking to you.
Any chance of a landing video in PDK? Haha
Thanks,
Patrick
It must be fun skimming across the land at 3000 ft in a bizjet, higher workload on short hops at low level though I would think. Love your professionalism.
Great vid. Thanks for Sharing!
Thanks Jacob. I use an adapter and pug into the headset socket. So what I hear in the headset is also fed into the camera. The downside is that outside that outside noises cannot be heard. Thanks for watching my videos, more to come. Happy Landings,
Guido
Thanks Christopher!
More videos are in the works.
Happy Landings,
Guido
Yes you are right - it's an interesting airport.
Thanks for watching my videos!
Happy landings &
short but great video,,,good cam angle
Thank you!
Just finished editing a new video, will be uploaded tonight. It takes 10 hours to upload these big files.
Happy Landings,
Guido
Thank you guys - more to come...
Great video!
Thank you Roberto.
Happy Landings,
Guido
Thank you for your kind words, Greg.
Happy Landings,
Guido
Thanks for Sharing Love it
Hi Ron,
the ailerons and rudders are connected in this aircraft to counter-act adverse yaw (google this term). Less rudder in turns is needed. When taxiing with the rudders on the ground this then moves the ailerons. The system is designed to work in flight though.
Happy Landings,
Guido
Thank you very much!
I fly for a company that operates aircraft for owners (pert 91) but we do also charter work (part 135).
Thanks for watching my videos and happy landings,
Guido
this is crazy, Guido Warnecke … flying blind. ill be home at KDXR 20DEC13
Thank you very much.
Thank you!
I really like and appreciate all of your videos, they are so informative and teaches a lot. However, is it procedure not to have hands on the yoke while taxiing on the ground?
Thank you - mille granzie Alessandro.
In small airplanes it is advisable to have the hands on the yoke while taxiing, especially if wind is present. Also while taxiing on grass or uneven ground it is a good idea to pull back on the yoke to get the weight off the nose wheel.
Not required in larger and heavier aircraft.
Happy Landings,
Capt. Guido
Nice take-off guys!
The runway is short but the numbers are safely calculated. With hard braking, we could stop in half of the runway.
Thanks for watching my videos and happy landings,
Guido
Thanks Richard.
My goal in the future is to combine inside and outside view in one spilt-screen.
Happy Landings,
Guido
great videos hello from australia
Thank you very much for your kind words. Happy Landings,
Guido
Patrick, we are approved for RNAV ops (STAR's and SID's and GPS approaches) and have a GNX FMS/FMC installed. It is not in view of the camera. A basic system, but works quite well.
Thanks for watching my videos. More are in the works.
Happy landings,
Guido
Thank you Eric for your kind words.
Happy Landings,
Guido
Added to favourites, amazing HD video and a lovely aircraft! May i ask the dist travelled and the reason? ie: training or short hop with clients? Thankyou for uploading.
Very nice CRM, good to see!
We are short on First Officers. It is, however, important to determine who is the pilot in command, even if 2 qualified captains are on board.
Thanks for watching my videos and happy landings,
Guido
