Ive seen other examples of this captain in single pilot operation, as a pilot, I will say with all honor, watching this man fly makes me honest. Makes me want to focus, try harder, and be the best pilot I can be. Damn an ego, this guy is one of the best aviators Ive seen. I would be intimidated at first in the right seat, but if you've got what it takes, you check that, and start learning from one of the best. Godspeed.

One of the most professional pilots I have ever seen. Absolutely amazing videos. One of my favorite subscriptions on You Tube. Thanks for taking the time to post these for everyone to see.

Thank you very much, Mike. Yes, be assured there will be interesting videos coming up... Thanks fr being such a loyal viewer of my videos & happy landings, Guido
Just discovered Captain Warnecke's videos, what a treat! I tried ground school years ago but did not move into the cockpit. But I so respect professional aviators and ATC. Also wish United Air was not phasing out their Channel 9 service.
+RJ Mac Try it again! With new, computer based training, the ground school became so much easier. And the flying is also not difficult and much more fun than ground school. Happy Landings, Guido
I'm still impressive of that! I'm looking your videos for a while now, there's brillant! Very clear, still very good advices. If the aviation world is this small, I which I could see you one day, you are calm and pedagogue, I think we can learn many things from you! Best wishes from Grenoble, France.

Answer to "No Rulz" (cannot do directly in UA-cam) : Yes, single pilot - with quick donning mask - above FL350 an oxygen mask needs to be worn. If it is a normal mask, it is above FL250. Happy Landings, Guido
New subscriber but not new to watching your flight videos. I have learned a great deal from you Captain Guido and enjoy the thoroughness of your flight operations. First thing I learned today was the certification required for a single pilot in a biz jet. The cockpit videos really give a feel of being there. Thank you for providing this on youtube. ~Scott
A. Scott Dean Thank you very much, Scott! Some jets are certified to be flown single pilot and you can get "single pilot type rating". I have this for the CJ2. The C560 is not certified for single pilot operation, but the FAA gives you an exemption if you do a yearly simulator course for it. Thanks for subscribing & happy landings, Guido
Excelent video! It’s a pleasure to see something well done. I don’t now if it’s the perfect flight but it’s definitly close. I’m trying to get the comercial license soon. Congrats. Martin

Hello sir, I am prepping for my PPL check ride this month. This is a great learning tool. I love seeing the structure and attention to detail. Thanks for sharing your knowledge.
Very well done! I used to fly a C550 and had it up to FL450 once - Just the once though, it wasn't very happy so I had to come down to FL410. Citations are lovely aircraft to operate.
Thank you for the video. The camera position is perfect, great view out of the cockpit (seeing where you are going) and clear detail of your operation of all the controls. Nice to ride a rocket. 3000fpm + !

Gongratulations Captain Guido! Very nice work... your "office" has quite a view! Inspiring to a young pilot such as myself... Got my IFR Comercial Licence Last year... right now I fly as an Instructor and free lance pilot for single engines. Good flights to you...
Thank you for the reply, lieber Guido! I`m so free, `cause i`m allready 53. When i was training for my IFR in Vienna and USA (New York and LA) , i had the same idea of filming the whole IFR flight in a Cessna 210. But that was 1987. So you made reality , what was my idea. I stopt flying ( also its one of the best things , you can do in your live) because I got family and in Europ its terrible expensive as you know. So I am waiting for a Lotterie jackpot to proceed my flying . Entschuldige lieber Guido , daß ich so lang geschrieben habe . Du machst die Sache einmalig! Alles ,alles Gute in die USA Viele gute und gesunde Landungen Anton Fuhrmann
Very instructive video. I always wanted to know what's happening in the cockpit. I didn't know that a normal passenger jet could climb up to 45.000 ft.Thanks for sharing this.
Not all jets can get up this high. This design is to reduce the fuel consumption. Happy Landings, Guido PS: although I understand and respect the anonymity of the web, I would appreciate if you could write your comment with your clear name - it's just more personal. Thank you!
Guido Warnecke Anytime sir, it would be an honor to fly as your first officer. I love your level of professionalism and top notch CRM. You now have a new subcriber.
Guido, I have to echo out what everyone else is saying. Thank you for the educational videos!! They are excellent and inspirational!! I flew the 172 G1000 from CDW to BGM round trip and enjoyed the flight. Be well sir!!
Pretty interesting to see the procedure. At first, I wasn't sure why the O2 would be required, but when you remind us that there are 6 seconds of O2 at FL450, it makes total sense. If something were to happen, you would need to be all set ahead of time. Thanks for the reminder!
Thank you very much. While the smaller Citation jets are single pilot certified, the Citation V is not. The FAA allows you to fly single pilot under an exemption,. Pretty strict training requirements. Happy Landings, Guido

Hi Bill,
I could not agree more with you.
The 560 goes to FL450 only when light.
The modern CJ's go there with ease.
Cappy Landings,

@@GuidoWarnecke - It's too late now but I'd love to fly a Citation X. Soooo much power!

Very nice work... your "office" has quite a view!
Inspiring to a young pilot such as myself...
Got my IFR Comercial Licence Last year... right now I fly as an Instructor and free lance pilot for single engines.
Good flights to you...
Thank you, Gray.

Happy Landings,
Capt. Guido
Alles ,alles Gute in die USA
Viele gute und gesunde Landungen
Anton Fuhrmann
Vielen Dank, Anton!

Guido

take care Guido..................................Manuel Mexico.
Thank you Manuel!
All the best for the New Year!
Happy Landings,
Guido
Very instructive video. I always wanted to know what's happening in the cockpit. I didn't know that a normal passenger jet could climb up to 45.000 ft.Thanks for sharing this.
Not all jets can get up this high.
This design is to reduce the fuel consumption.
Happy Landings,
Guido

Flying is a never ending learning process - for ALL pilots.

Beautiful view up there at FL450!
Yes, these are the good times in a pilot's life.
Happy Landings,
Guido
Very good work Sir, thanks for your concern.
Thank you very much, Mario.
Happy Landings,
Guido
Pretty interesting to see the procedure. At first, I wasn't sure why the O2 would be required, but when you remind us that there are 6 seconds of O2 at FL450, it makes total sense. If something were to happen, you would need to be all set ahead of time. Thanks for the reminder!
It looks very nice up there....dark blue sky.
But it is a very hostile environment...Thanks for watching my videos & happy landings,
Guido
Nice job Guido thanks for the ride and view..Only get to about 8000ft in my Archer.
Thank you Billy!
It does not matter how high you fly ...the most important thing is to be in the air.
Happy Landings,
Guido
Like you video. Nice flight and clear ATC recording. It is very special to see a single pilot Citation. Safe landings! ;-)
Thank you very much.
While the smaller Citation jets are single pilot certified, the Citation V is not. The FAA allows you to fly single pilot under an exemption,. Pretty strict training requirements.
Happy Landings,
Guido
Interesting information ;-) Safe landings as well! ;-)
Once again a great video, it makes me miss flying.
Thank you!
I hope you get beck into the cockpit soon.
Happy Landings,
Guido
