My dear I am 60 years old, have been taking yoga for last 30 years or so. I have been trying out your yoga poses.
Recently developed a back pain on the left side hip. It becomes less after doing stretches and surya namaskar, but comes back in the night. Slight pain when i turn on my bed.
Whatever yoga I am trying it is refusing to go away. Is there any good pose you can suggest.
