    Bro by the way I wanna ask?
    If I do a workout chest for example on Monday do I have to wait 48 hours to train again like back for example?

      @@Niksta.n If you’re only training one muscle, you could probably hit back the next day. However, I would recommend doing muscle groups together like chest with triceps and shoulders.

      @@Niksta.n That works too. You can really train anyway that you like and what gets your results. I just give you advice based off what I’ve seen work.

      Like is it more optimal in a way for a skinny guy like me?

      @@Niksta.n Yes, your central nervous system needs about 48 hours to rest after high intensity training.
