    How much weight to gain a month?

      You should aim to gain around 0.5-1 lb per week. Anything more could lead to fat gain. So aim for about 3-4 lbs per month.

    Liked and subbed. I'm truly starting to focus at 38 and i built my channel to hold myself accountable. Amd hopefully motivate others. I weighed 155 lbs all my adult life I currently weigh 165 lbs and my goal is 180. I just hit 11 subscribers today. Looking forward to hitting 50 so i can go live and get pushed harder by trolls and supporters.

      Yes, test is very effective for quick gains. However, I would not recommend using testosterone enhancement due to its negative effects on your endocrine system and long term health.

    As someone who makes similar videos, here’s my advice that you absolutely don’t need to take because I’m also probably dumb and don’t know what I’m doing. But I think you could benefit from working on speaking more articulately, show proof you know what you talk about (showing your physique/transformation). I like to give people a reason why they should listen to me. Just my opinion tho I could be wrong.

      @@roddyriccch15 because solid and liquid calories are the same thing, not only a smoothie but juice is also a good option, it's really easy to get an extra 1000-2000 calories from drinks, plus they don't make you as full.

    being morbidly obese is not acceptable and i agree on that. but not everyone is able to maintain below 20% due to their genetic setpoint. some people are 25, some people are at 30%. if they go below that, they will be miserable.

    Bro by the way I wanna ask? If I do a workout chest for example on Monday do I have to wait 48 hours to train again like back for example?

      @@Niksta.n If you’re only training one muscle, you could probably hit back the next day. However, I would recommend doing muscle groups together like chest with triceps and shoulders.

      I got you bro! I would suggest to start going to the gym. 2-3 times a week is perfectly fine. Just start getting in the routine of it. I'm assuming you're also in school right now. Do you like sports? I played sports all throughout school which kept me in decent shape. Hope this helps! Feel free to reply if you need any more help.

      @@colebednar Nah, don't really like sports. I prefer going to the gym since a lot of my bullies play sports.. I'm about to start school in a week or so. I've been going to the gym for a week or two now and I think I got a pretty good routine, I'm just mainly confused with my diet (like if I should cut or bulk.)

      ​@@Galileo1912If your goal is to build muscle then bulking is what you should do, if you want to get leaner then you should be cutting. However while you're cutting you might loose some strength and energy, and your mood will be all over. Only problem with bulking is that you'll get fatter but its worth it for the muscles

      ​@@Galileo1912you also dont need normal sports like your bullies do. You could try to find out if your town has a boxing gym/kickboxning gym etc or any other sport, martial arts are incredibly fun and give you a lot more confidence

      @@Galileo1912 I'm sorry that you have to deal with bullies. Have you ever tried combat sports? BJJ, Boxing or Kick boxing. They get you in great shape, build confidence and teach you how to kick those bullies asses. Also, I would recommend doing a lean bulk. This will get you muscle without a lot of fat. I have a video coming out next week that teaches you how to lean bulk properly. Focus on building muscle first, then you can cut to show it off. You're also still pretty young, so don't get discouraged if you don't see a lot of progress right away. It takes time.

      I made the same mistake! No reason to cut unless you already have a bunch of muscle mass. Just delay gratification and cut once you have put on some size. I promise you will look insane after that.

      just start at a baseline of 3000 calories, and eat that everyday for a week. if ur heavier at the end of the week than u were at the start then keep going. if u stop gaining weight week by week then adjust your intake accordingly until you begin gaining weekly again. a lot of the beginning is trial and error.
