    Oh my goodness this is a killer Jessica! I've been doing my ab work with either Gay Gasper's for dummies dvd or Denise Austin's personal training system for the past 6 weeks. I must say this workout is still beyond my fitness level, maybe I've got too much belly fat to work around still. However, in another month or two I'm coming back to this one to give it another go. I highly recommend this video to those a bit more fit than myself. Thanks for the motivation!

    How often should you do an abe workout? I have been doing 30 minutes of cardio everyday along with this video. I love it! This is the best abe workout! Thanks so much!

    Great abs workout but I had to modify the last move (spider planks) due to my bad back so I did full plank step outs instead! Thanks Jessica!

    nice video and explanations. how do you take pressure off the cervical spine? I try to keep the next in alignment with the core and eyes of the ceiling and not put any pressure on the neck. still very nice video!

    Great ab work out!!! Just kind of wish the full sit up was at the beginning - when my abs were less fatigued :D

    wow!! absolutely great workout! Not surprised! However, I have problems with my ankles so plank position is not an option for me. Any ideas on how to modify that last move? I tried just being on all 4s bringing my leg into my elbow, but that felt really awkward and no burn. :(

    Ok this was all tough for me :P but still tried just couldn't do as many reps as the vids.. I'll just keep add it.. Fave is the double diamond crunch! Love that one!

      +lola tory actually twice a week is enough for abs. Its 80% diet and 20% exercice. if they are not showing then you must eliminate the fat
