Nice demo. When you look at physiques of elite kayak paddlers the advantage of strength training should be obvious. Helps to know how to avoid injury and translate to the padding stroke. 😊

I only have a weight bag and limited space. So I've had to get inventive. Single and double arm rows, side bends, and the torture exercise; assume a pushup position, with the weight bag near chest on one side of your body. Lift the hand opposite to the bag, take hold of the bag and drag/lift it under your body (say if the bag started on your left, drag it to the right hand side of your chest). Switch hands and repeat.

Careful though with pushing your knee to the back at 5’20. ‘Banana shaped’ legs can be a source of knee problems
