You nailed it man I had it 2 times 5 years each time, it is sub conscious 100% people constantly hammer themselves with negative media and video game addiction/ closing themselves off from the real world. At some point once the negativity accumulated long enough subconsciously it blows up into a panic attack/depersonalization/ depression/terrifying hellish perspective. You have figured it out. Other channels have similar tips but you really get it. It’s the same reason when you watch a scary movie or some conspiracy theory video about the world being run by evil you just feel paranoid and screwed and anxious. Once you unplug start going for walks and allow yourself to forget these negative triggers things get bright again and the glass pane subsides. I, like you suffered the depths of hell within my mind and came out. Keep doing these videos you’re setting people free. Great job man!

Wow thanks! I am glad you recovered . Do you think the videos are too long or the right length? I'm starting to consider other ways of presenting it so it's more digestible.

The length is great, as you know people like short to the point videos especially when in the thick of DP when you literally can’t focus and feel like you’re about to die any second. Its such a weird condition but once you’re finally out it all makes sense. Its unbelievable the human mind has the ability to put such a negative lens on your whole perspective. BUT that being said the opposite is true, you can achieve a completely beautiful state opposite of DP. If you can get your message in front of people you can really save a lot of people from unnecessary suffering. Something I’ve also realized is both times I’ve suffered through DP long lasting life lessons and habits have come from it.

Thanks ! Yes I agree the human mind is so, so much more powerful than people realise. I've experienced the bliss state and it sounds impossible when I describe it to people. Yes totally agree, valuable life lessons come from these experiences.
