I believe that deep breathing is the real treatment for all psychological issues and trough my experience I solved my trauma with it Thanks for the video
Great video! Correct breathing techniques are really important especially for those struggling with anxiety and panic attacks because they actually work! Keep up the great work!
Thank you for your videos. I have tried breathing techniques but never really stuck with it or stopped because i was trying to run from my anxious thoughts. I feel relaxed after doing these and will start incorporating allowing the stress to come up as i do the breathing exercise. I have got more out of watching a handful of your videos than igoing to a therapist 14:51
Thanks for the video! I came here from Reddit. While I was listening to your explanation I put special attention to my breathing pattern and I already felt so much better (I've been going in and out of cycles of anxiety). The question is: how to integrate breathing exercises into my daily life?
Thanks for the video man, I've realized my breathing has been like that for a while. Also posture plays a role with your ability to breathe deeply through your stomach. Such as my pelvic tilt I couldn't really breathe through my stomach comfortably standing up but then I realized I had to tilt my pelvis lol, hopefully this helps someone. And I completely agree with the acceptance part, helped me immensely in the beginning and letting it not affect your life and decisions. Now come to think of it I should dig deeper for anxiety since I have dpdr too and it's from deep rooted stuff, so I'll go watch your anxiety root cause video. Also I was wondering if you could make an Engagement and like uh checking in on anxiety all the time (I think you have a vid on this maybe), not like trynna demand but I've been having trouble with it lately and others might need it too.
