    So, she was speeding excessively, and she should be held liable for this persons death, but bringing marijuana into this is completely absurd, especially when we know it stays in your system LONG after the affects have worn off, up to a month.
    I dont know whats worse, that she is being prosecuted in this way, or that fake news thinks that marijuana actually had anything to do with this accident, which was clearly due to excessive speeding.

    She was speeding. Having weed in your system is indicative of nothing. If she was high, she wouldn't have been speeding.

      She was speeding at more than twice the posted speed limit. Weed is still illegal in Indiana. It’s BS to state she wouldn’t be speeding if she was high. That may be true, but cannot be proven or disproven. THE FACT IS, SHE KILLED SOMEONE!
