I'll wait for the evidence to be presented to a jury. I won't read the book, it has to be at least 50% speculation. Trying to cash in on someone else's tragedy doesn't sit well with me.
It is bad fiction. I have read a chpter. (People magazine). It is really bad writing.
well, cashing in on tragedy would be able to be applied to what percentage of non-fiction books, if you wanted to view it that way? I mean, Christ, every true-crime book, every St Martin's True Crime Library genre paperback...I read a lot of those..
I agree, though I do think Kohberger is guilty.
@LJE-B he 💯 guilty. Think about this he was seen by FBI agents the night he was arrested cleaning his car with bleach and was wearing latex gloves. Also he was seen putting his own trash into plastic bags and throwing them away in his next door neighbors trash can.

So he started to clean up his car after 5 weeks of the murder happened and all this after a long trip back in PA ? 😅 ...And who is the reliable source of that neighbor's trash bag story ? 🤔
Maybe writing a book about a high profile murder before the trial happens and tainting the Jury pool isn't the best idea in the world?

Shouldnt a book like this not be released before the trial?
It's a mistrial at this point

Normally an actual judge wouldn't have allowed it to take so long as to need to limit the very long process of writing, editing, printed and distributing a book.
Howard Blum should donate every penny to the victims whatever the outcome may be. There's far more greed and taking advantage around this case which should be unsettling to all.

We fight wars for the First Amendment. Sadly people like Blum take advatage of that.
In our justice system…. Remaining silent is absolutely the smartest thing to do whether you’re guilty or innocent.
In fact, defendants often stand mute at initial proceedings because a not guilty plea will be entered on their behalf automatically. It's a very common procedural move and it absolutely should never be interpreted as anything other than procedural formality. This was a really awful and irresponsible statement to make.
Sad, isn’t it.
@@RAM4elightbars I guess those years at Northwestern law was wasted… Thank you for informing me with the truth is I was so fucking lost now I know…

See that's the thing because he has not been technically charged yet he's currently only under a cloud of suspicion that he probably, allegedly, supposedly had some level of involvement in the matter. So as long as he's not been formally charged technically under American law he's free to do that when he is ultimately charged with the crime and his name is firmly attached to guilt then at that point the government can step in and say no you cannot make money off of, or profit off your crime.
So, somebody writes a book of fiction and changes their names to Zany, Kylee, Marty and Eddy with a 5th victim to throw off speculators and moves it to Oregon. What's the difference?

I call this book bs. I mean... BEFORE trial??? Idk man. Anyone can write a book and say whatever they want. We want ACTUAL answers... and the families DESERVE ACTUAL answers. Makes me sick. Is there a reason the trial hasn't started yet or do you just like yelling? I'm sure there is a good reason. Please shut up.
The defendant has a right to either a speedy trial, or he has a right to waive his right to a speedy trial.
Above all he has a right to a fair trial. It is difficult for the families of the victims. People want “justice “, but justice requires a fair trial. Not necessarily a quick trial. It is important for justice for all.

There've already been 2 books published by UoI President Scott Green and Boise based PI J. What I don’t get is demolishing the house. Many times the jurors are taken to the scene of the crime. ????!! I don’t get it
Big Universities in small town run much of the economy & thus everything else. They prob felt it was not in the best interest for enrollment to keep that house up. Coming out of COVID on campus enrollment was at an all-time low. The off-campus housing market in that area prob really boosts the economy. I'm not saying it's right, but I think that's what happened. If case is affected by a technicality regarding that premature demolition it would be shameful.

I agree, going to the crime scene in this case was important because of the unusual make up of the house, and acoustics for the two girls there who were not murdered. And why it’s strange he went out of his way straight to Maddies bedroom. That house should Not have been demolished until after the trial and also the families were vocal about it not being demolished until after, where do there feelings count to the University. It wasn’t the universities house in the first place, so it wasn’t in their budget, and they can’t put other kids in a new house being built there because apparently the site won’t be used for housing anyway.
@@Scorpio72350 I, in turn agree with what you say about the house not being the university. You sure wouldn't know that by the way that the university snatched up ownership of the house.
I thought it was very odd that the university would rush to buy the house out from under whoever, owned it. Then immediately turn around and give instructions to have the house destroyed. The first thing that came out of my head was that, that was the most ass-backwards thing I could ever think of. My secondary thought to all of that in turn is WHY couldn't the University's efforts and subsequent maneuver of demolishing the house have been looked at as though it was 'interfering with a police investigation', or 'tampering with evidence'?

How do you stab 2 people at the same time I mean there’s two in each room. How does one don’t wake up trying to fight back also how you leave the crime scene with no blood trails after you no blood on the knife sheath. I don’t think he did it
You know nothing of this case. He killed Maddie while she was still asleep. Kaylee DID wake up at that point and fought back. She had defensive wounds. She could not escape because of the layout of the bed and the room. She was trapped against the wall. In the second room, Ethan was probably also stabbed while asleep, but we know Xana fought back. But she was no match against a psycho with a knife. They were 4 sleepy, drunk college kids. He completely caught them off guard and had a knife. It's not hard to understand.
So, they've said they have Brian's DNA on the knife sheath. But, his DNA should be all over that house. Until they show DNA evidence of him actually being in the house, the DNA on the knife sheath and a witness who ID'd him based on "bushy eyebrows" and even the proximity of his cell phone to the scene, I don't know if those things are enough to convict beyond a shadow of a reasonable doubt. To KNOW he did it, we need DNA that places his body inside the home. I guess we will find out at trial.
Also, what a wild oversight to not strap the knife sheath to your belt. I guess what I'm saying is, if they DON'T have his DNA all over that house, and the DNA on the knife sheath is all they have, I could be just as inclined to believe that was planted there.

A kid who himself was ALWAYS at that home and that same kid in a vigil speech highlights the fact that E owed him $$$ which he’d never get. wtf?! Can’t make this up.
IMO, the roommates know who and the why and the Prosecution already gave the actual perps immunity in exchange of their information on a *rug organization. There’s informants in this case; hence, all the secrecy. It’s related to *rugs and the police and prosecution took the word of criminals, liars, and clear suspects to attempt to look like heroes in the eyes of the public. The defense said the sitting silent is standard in Idaho and that the media was running with a false narrative. Maybe watch the hearing ding dong.
@@mstea2234 Watch your Mouth !! Name calling is extremely rude very childish and unnecessary!! Grow up A Little . Don’t respond back you are clearly rude and like harassing people .
Someone needs to relook at this damn case someone outside of Idaho
The FBI was involved. What more do you want?
What's your idea?
I think Maddie was the target too… I think Kaylee got hurt worse protecting Maddie! She’s bigger more outspoken. I have said this from day 1. The others were collateral damage. Wrong place wrong time. Plus Kaylee had moved out. Wasn’t supposed to be there. She got a new car maybe he didn’t recognize it.
maybe have a trial before an entire book can be written? 18 months? its either incredibly unfair to the innocent person OR incredibly unfair to the victims family
Writing a book BEFORE the trial?!?😳🧐😳
Do not give this traction to this Blum guy and his FICTIONAL story about a horrific crime. So disrespectful. There oughta be a law.
There are laws, and after actually reading what's in the book, you can take him to court if you feel he's violated them. Something tells me that you neither know the laws, nor what is actually in the book.
@@devonglide1830 I've heard him speak. I have no interest in giving this dude any $$ or traction. It's unconscionable to write a book like this pre-trial. He's potentially poisoning the jury pool. You buy the book if you want.
@@LoraDavis-oo9xzYou quite literally accused one of the roommates with crime scene tampering on a different thread. Want me to quote it to you?
@@devonglide1830You're trying tp reason with someone who accused the roommate without evidence of crime scene tampering on another thread. Lora is a hypocrite.
@@shrinkwrap1770 no need. What I said stands. She didn't call the cops. Instead she had the presence of mind to call her friends to come clean the crime scene before calling the cops. Not okay
This is a haunting case...
Should be illegal to write a book about a case that hasn't yet started. Should be gag orders on the author's to not release until the trial ends.
When his sister gets put on the stand and asked if she told her dad that she thinks Bryan is Capable and is involved with the Murders, will she tell the truth?
Sooo...how would BK know exactly where Madi's room was to "target her" IF that was his first time there???
Surveillance through open blinds duhhh
You could look right in her bedroom window from the road at the back of the house.
The house was a party house sometimes leaving the house alone with strangers inside partying
Studied the home photos posted on Zillow in the weeks prior to the event, then surveilled the home from the back parking lot.
The police have nothing!!! No evidence!!! The phone evidence, the dna.. the CCTV , all these proved false!!!! All these evidence are trash!!! They destroy the most important thing for the court and the juries, the murder house!! What do you want more????
How does it take well over a year to set a trial date?
How does it take the prosecutor over 1 1/2 years to not turn over all the evidence?
Why do people have zero patience anymore? And how do people not know this is entirely standard operating procedure?
It’s not abnormal at all
@@Charles-Darwin cracks me up each time...5 mins after a mass-shooting or terror-attack, the public moan that authorities are not holding press conferences covering every possible question and angle..'ahh-hah, Cover-Up!!" they yell...if they DO publish info early...which turns out to be wrong because they were too early half-cocked before investigated..there are more AH-HAH!!!s they are contradicting themselves!! Zionist CIA false-flag Conspiracy!!
@@Charles-Darwin This was a particularly heinous crime and the perpetrator is a MASSIVE threat to the public. It's totally understandable that people are antsy for this trial to get under way so we can hear all the evidence and see conviction and sentencing.
Why do I just get the feeling he will get away with this?
“Just 12 miles” is far…12 miles from your house is at least a 20min drive, 45min if you live in LA..
The fact the house was destroyed already shows that someone is paying someone under the table to suppress evidence.. Follow the money and you will find the culprit.
I think they destroyed the home to prevent copycats, unnecessary bad pr, they are afraid that the place becomes some kind of sightseeing destination for creeps. And the university talked with the persecutors and defense team, both sides were done with their investigations.
Personally i would have waited after the trials but i understand them, they want to close a chapter and move on.
Speculation BS, there's no evidence in the PCA that BK had dozens of pics of Maddie on his phone. There's not been any evidence of this presented in any of the hearings either. I don't know if BK is guilty or innocent however in my opinion for this man to write a book based purely on speculation could sway the opinions of possible jurors in the future trial. Shame on these people making money off this tragedy. SMH
disgraceful that this man should try to capitalize on the four lives taken when the suspect hasn't even been tried or found guilty or innocent yet
Who’s going to buy this book when there’s plenty of info on this case online 😂😂
And he’s guessing… sooo
It’s something like this that’s gonna get him a mistrial or possibly acquitted and that’s a big problem we have in society today.
Wouldn't this taint the jury pool? Does this author want him to get away with it if he's actually guilty? They in cahoots?
This guy shouldn't get press for this cash in.
You don’t need a trial to know he’s guiltyAF. He wouldn’t even say he’s not guilty for being “falsely” accused of 4 heinous murders. Even his family thinks he’s guilty. The guy is a psychopath!
who would buy a book, when he has not been tried and no one knows what will happen? this idiot cannot help himself' I hope no one buys his damn book and he should be sued.
Too many people TRY to think!!!
This book dude only knows what everyone has heard for the last years .
The murderer walks by two rooms to allegedly get to someone specific and because that doesn't make sense, it all makes sense..? That's the most ridiculous logic I've ever heard. And how do you get away with writing a book like this when no one has been convicted of the crime?? Evidence is circumstantial and DNA is not only imperfect but it wouldn't be the first time it's been planted to gain a conviction. This is irresponsible and even if dude did it, I hope they sue. Everyone involved has a gag order but this old guy writes a book from the outside looking in accusing dude of the most heinous crime imaginable. Literally insane.
Funny how the two "awake" students who stayed alive were communicating with each other during the murders but _ did not call 911_ !!!!
Agreed. A lot of things are really strange about all of this
Please, Koberger is innocent, all Koberger is guilty of is buying drugs from the murder.
Pavarotti is the ONLY person who has done the work and put the pieces together to show what happened that morning, with recipes of course.
He’s guilty as sin. He’s standing silent bc he is now trying for forgiveness from his maker. That’s why he suddenly wants to meet with religious people all the time.
Attorney: there’s no real rhyme or reason to stand silent…..Fifth Amendment: 🥺
Very sad
Why it took the roommate 9 hours to call police when she saw them murdered. Cant understand that. Thats life changing ish seeing 4 roomates murdered and don't call police for 9 hours.
Not to mention they stood in the house with the bodies and let other friends inside….. This is what’s been bugging me … They definitely ruined evidence for sure even if they had nothing to do with it
She didn't see anyone get murdered.
@@shrinkwrap1770 she said she saw him walk out then saw her friends murdered then didn't call police for 9 hrs
FTP
There were two surviving roommates.
I always saw the roommate story that she could hear dogs crying, but not the murders made no sense
Why wld a person write a book about a case bf the defendant is found guilty?
Yall! What a bunch of BS! This writer is taking your money. Literally! This case is so much bigger than what we are all being told. You all need to be asking questions. Just cuz this guy is quiet doesn't mean he did it. I'm just started watching many different cases and it's mind blowing how much we think we should be doing if we were so called sitting in that defense chair. This while case don't add up. From watching different body cam from different noise complaints and from ring cam of how officers conduct themselves in that town to the president of the University writing about the murders and being updated daily on the investigation. What in the World? Not gonna say there isnt some shadyness coming from defense side either. But I have a problem with all the hearsay of what kohberger was doing here and there. Seems very convenient. Don't get me started on everybody thinking how creepy the dude looks. This guy is most likely and my gut says now he is innocent...his life is ruined. He thought he could be exonerated because he didn't do it. He has been set up. I full heartedly believe that now. Looking at the Aryan stuff going on in that area and knowing FBI was there well before Nov 13 and still there. Yeah! I think we should all be questioning this. Everybody kept thinking it was like a professional in the beginning because of what was being told to us, the public. Think about it. No DNA in his car, no ties to the victims, why is prosecution needing his alibi do bad if they have the evidence which they claimed to turned over? What if it comes down to, his phone was never turned off? What if there is 2 hour data and the State is hiding it thinking they can bully this guy into saying he did it. 🤔 If I am out driving by myself, I wouldn't remember exactly where I was at certain times so I would need the data to show it. He gives more info of the why why park and now state is double checking their work? Get out of here! They are lying to us to cover the bigger stuff going on. There is a major problem in that area. 2 colleges, students, and money flow. Great market for all kinds of misbehavins. Here is an idea....Google Aryan and click on the news at the top of the page. But don't if you scare easily. It was an eye opener for me. Kohberger is being railroaded and I finally feel free from this case. There is no longer the mystery. The 2 mom's are the kickoff to this with no victim shaming. Once you go down that path. It basically ruins you and everyone around you. 😢 speaking from experience. 4 beautiful people lost their lives and families are devastated. 💔 heck! The whole world is! Justice is warranted but Kohberger isn't the guy. Setting aside emotions. Think!
Why is this case so complicated????? So complex? The Judge and the two layers from both sides jeep saying this, Why? What is so complicated if they have the information? Ohhh! There is no connection to the victims. All these search warrants and they still can't link him to the victims. Why? All this stuff handed over to the defense but the main meat pieces are missing? 🤔 SMH! We are expected to think this guy went into a room with two people to do a horrendous act and then go into another room with two more people and not have battle wounds? Get out of here! All the while the other two roommates hear something going on that sounds like, a party going on? Oh wait, didn't we hear they were scared and had locked their doors because they didn't know what was going on but it was loud and all. It's always the first news that is most likely what happened and not the later stuff because of all the twisting of the words. Also that front door was left open. I say it was more than one person who went into that house. Not Kopacka and not Kohberger. Ain't a bunch of frat guys either.
Its not the Aryans. The murder style is typical Santa Muerte/Narco/Syndicate. Maddie had a history of not thinking she had to pay for thinngs. She was even heard talking about it on the surveillance..
Kookooo kkkristian
Drug related murders, these kids lost a lot of money had had to pay the ultimate price
Everyone already trying to make money
Concerned that he hasn't been found guilty and this guy has decided he is judge and jury. I believe this is wrong.
I truly pray the author & publishing company lose money on this book. Not only is it in poor taste but it puts an active court case in jeopardy.
