Great idea. You did that cut in the little front to back boards, I would have done a similar cut in the big boards for the little ones to slip down and be flush, and not move.
Man. Glad i found this. Just got my trailer (used) and been doing test runs with a bit of weight. Having problems with it walking real bad. So im trying to figure out air in shocksvs load weight now before a big trip
I'm glad you found it as well. Anytime we've had trailer walking issues it's due to not having enough tongue weight. I was once told that when you load the trailer there should only be 15% of the weight of the trailer on the tongue. I find a little more works better.
Good job my friend, those little things can make a huge difference, what’s the next bike trip? well looks like we’re on track for Newfoundland for July, we’ve been out west year after year of course never grow tired of it and really want to get back up to Hyder Alaska again, but as you always say, new roads so this should be an epic trip provided that nut doesn’t close his borders for what ever, anyway look forward to your next ride, take care and hang in there.
Our next is a local poker run called Maupin madness. Our big trip this year kicks off at Amanda;s Rocky Mountain Roll and we head north into Canada heading for Banff. SO i'm hoping the borders stay open as well. Thanks for handing in there for another video!
I don’t have a Bushtec trailer, but none the less enjoyed the video as well as all previous. You’re calm demeanor and selection of music keeps me wanting more from your channel. Another plus on this video? The sounds of wildlife, (I’m guessing Canadian Geese) between 9:13 and 11:05.
Looking good. Definitely sparks some ideas.. My OCD goes wacky digging through my sidecases & tourpack.
My gear always starts out tidy, then by day 9 I resort to stuffing things in any place they'll fit!!

Good point! I cant actually recall my reasoning for doing it this way, but I will def make those corrections, I like it! thanks
Excellent use of space. Nice job.
thanks, after day 4 and 5 it gets really tough to stay organized and this def helps
It's getting close to riding season
It sure is my friend!!

@@OldFriendsandNewRoads good deal. Thanks for info. Got to build the dividers so the load will stay

Maybe they were crows, but still good none the less!
Yeah, crows are always chiming in on the videos.
ThNks for your support brother, love having folks like you joining us on our videos
Awesome idea. Be way easier to move weight on and off the hitch when needed. Great job. I’m looking for a bush tech trailer. 👍
That’s what I was hoping for. Good luck on your bushtec search. Folks are proud of them.
I love mine but I wish it was a few years newer
Place the heavy items above the trailer axle for better stability.
Solid advice my friend!
👍
