Bought a 501cm and appreciate the video. It’s probably hard to upload with so many people commenting with such negativity but you should still keep it up. These types of videos are super valuable to those learning!

After chosen the ISO depending of the film, the first thing to do after measured the light is to set the EV value on the lens, BEFORE the apperture and the time.

    Great video. Thanks.
What's the role of that ISO setting? Just a reminder what film you loaded? Important for flash operations? That ISO wheel is not present 500cm model I believe.

It's for the TTL flash metering

You mentioned the arrow on the new film should line up with the red arrow on the insert. But you loaded yours with the arrows way off. Details details.
Beautiful camera though. Proud owner of one myself.

I certainly didn't mean to be a snob. However, if instead he said "The arrows don't need to line up.." then that particular part of the video would at least line up with the words. I have nothing bad to say here. But when talking about a camera that can cost several thousand dollars, details on how to load the film are rather important. Especially if the person watching it is considering purchasing one. No disrespect. It's such a phenomenal camera. I enjoyed the video.

Simple reason why you do not appreciate it as much you didn't work for it and earn it. A working photography student out of school usually work their way up with no silver spoon in their mouth or inherited as such, 10 years to 15 years. Mature into the art and economical saving etc...

… stfu. Most photographers, even film photographers, prefer a camera with a built in light meter and square format is not most people’s preference. I think that’s all he was getting at.
There’s no need to be so hostile/envious especially when it’s targeted at someone who is kind enough to upload informational content for those who do appreciate the camera.

"The lack of lightmeter" NOOB, of course you should use a handheld lightmeter, it is the most reliable way anytime ! Film loading !? no problem what so ever, a real pro can do that in few seconds even in total darknes !
