👁️🫦👁️ They’re Commerson Dolphins! One of my favorite species 💚 Super awesome job using the water as glass, I’ve seen Rudi do that and it turned out so good! I’m thinking of having a viewing gallery above mine so my guests can still see them. But you’ve nailed an awesome look! Happy to have you give your own spin on it 🥲 Absolutely loving seeing you put this park together brother, can’t wait to check it out myself! Great work per usual 🫰🫰🫰
That’s most likely the correct species. The babies are all gray and they get their colors as they mature. I’m a marine biologist, but most of my expertise is in Sharks, Rays, and Jellyfish.
My god the things you do with this game... "As you can see, this doesn't really work" said after inventing something that blew my mind and worked /enough/ to be a really great idea, followed up with another great idea, followed up with an even better great idea. I hope you cut yourself some slack, but thanks for showing this all for science/education!
Have to agree. "This looks great!" thinks I, as Jonti says, "as you can see...." Meanwhile, I _still_ have trouble making a proper 90 degree angle in Planzoo. ;)
There’s definitely something weird with queue wait times. I have a lot of guests complaining they don’t want to wait that long for a ride. When the ride says the queue time is 0.
Ok, but your idea to use coasters for custom animatronics is absolutely amazing! Watched a couple of these out of order and I love your use of coasters for realism/animatronics!
Looks great Jonti. Hopefully they patch out the problems with the rides being ridden. Another thing I'd love to them to fix from PC1 is no-one riding kiddie coasters. Because they (intentionally) didn't have a high excitement rating, they didn't seem to get ridden, but in the real world, they would get ridden by kids and a parent. I can still remember my first ever coaster ride, a Mad Mouse. I was screaming in terror, with my dad beside me laughing his head off.
Siam Park in Tenerife has a shark tank that a waterslide and the lazy river both go through which is better because at least you can see them from the lazy river, but yeah you have no chance from the water slide
I've never in my life played planet coaster but as a local passholder to both Aquatica and the Disney water parks I'm loving this! You nailed this and the play area. It looks just like the one at aquatica (which my kid loves too)
PC2 videos have been such easy clickbait for me cause creators like you are making such cool stuff. I'll have to admit though I always skip to the end when I'm strapped for time. You're so charming that watching the POV made me feel like I missed out on the build haha!
Maybe the next ride you build can include the large rafts and you make them bounce off the sides of a cliff and maybe have them go down the water rapids through a waterfall. Or staying away from the real large rides, you can build a little adult area with a walk in pool bar with hot tubs and some medium sized slides. Also I love what you did with the cue lines, it really brings me back to my childhood waterparks.
Looks great! The Ray tracing is I think pretty realistic, it wouldn't be totally dark under it, light would reflect off of surfaces for sure but it's not like planco 1 where it was just very bright. As for the lazy river, it does need to be pretty heavy foliaged. In my personal opinion a lazy river that also gets me in and out of the sun so that I'm not continually cooking in the river is good. Trees overlapping and creating a canopy is definitely welcome on a lazy river. Also, to me, a lazy river's entrance and exit points should be fairly obvious as everyone likes a lazy river. However, where it goes doesn't necessarily need to be completely obvious. Lazy rivers are also a neat idea for a transportation ride of sorts. At Busch Gardens here in Tampa it's also a good way to get from one end of the area to the other without expending much energy. No need to walk, take the lazy river! It's way more fun that way anyways.
You know you can add a filter over your entire game, like in Planco 1. That could make your overall game feel more like planet Coaster and or Zoo. I also hope they will create a better LUT for Planco 2 though. Nice build, keep going!
The pool for marine mammals would ideally need to be a good bit deeper. The “panda dolphins” (known as Commerson’s dolphin) love to swim and play around. The slides are great enrichment, but the pool would do well being much deeper. Great work, nonetheless! Rays/Skates and ground fish would do great in that pool, though
7:26 i pefer planet zoos style more too! And im more of a planet coaster player. The game is toooooooo bright i had to tone down the brightness on my tv and it helped a little bit.
Since it’s a water park u could probably add a few outdoor before swim showers to , or just areas for hot days , And maybe add some adventure, whirlpool, raft type rides as the center pieces
3 days in and we're back to faking animal exhibits 😆 Looks amazing! Only suggestion is to add an arrow to the entrance sign as it's not 100% obvious which side is the queue
You were my biggest insparation in planet coaster 1 with your pirate themed park. now youre my biggest insporation in planet coaster 2. almost a decade later. Thanks
You will be waiting for ever and ever.. there is NO physical release.. frontier has been clear they are not even considering a physical edition, so nothing is coming in the post
I wish you could draw on the rocks in the lil area where u walk under the path or like add some skulls n stuff! looking great as per usual! also, what did you use for the water :)
Awesome build. Loving these videos and learning with you all how to build. Random question. Is there a price associated with the rides in your build version? I wonder if you can set the price to bargain / free and see if that solves the issue with people getting on the slides. It is probably still a bug that needs to get fixed.
Love these builds, your park looks amazing! I’m still in scenario mode myself, I’m nowhere near being able to really design what I want to (got tons of ideas). Learning the basics on PS5 after having played mostly RCT3 on PC years ago. But your videos are very helpful 😊
You need to look at some of the rides in Siam park in Tenerife, they have a stingray enclosure just like the one you built where the biggest slide in the park goes through it and the fast section of the lazy river, it’s also an all around amazing park with some great inspiration opportunities
patch 1.7 aint fixed the Various stability fixes, including a sporadic crash when editing tracked rides it keeps crashing on the ps5 version so ive submitted a ticket and emailed them they better fix it FAST
Possibly the reason they’re not riding slides is that there aren’t specific queue paths? I haven’t played the game so I’m not sure if it’s even a plausible problem but hey
hers an idea..... ive just thought of this. since u can attach scenery to a train.... couldn't we make fake tube return belts and attach tubes to the train then just line up the attached scenery to the belt above ground and put like 15 1-2 car trains and now u have a " working belt tube return" just a thought to add a touch more realism
Hey. I know this doesn’t affect you but maybe you are in contact with Frontier. Players in Cloud-Devices (especially GeForce Now) can’t use the Global Illumination feature despite having a RTX 4080. Customer Service says that the game does not support Raytracing. I really don’t get what the exact problem here is but maybe you could bring this on the table. This is a real bummer. Thank you in advance❤
I’ve noticed to (with getting people to ride the rides) that the default price is way way over priced. So I put the ride price to $0 or $1 and then people would come.
Yeah the other big one people might know is Atlantis Bahamas where it’s a body slide that goes through a shark tank Edit: had to google it just to make sure I wasn’t crazy
I know you addressed it previously but I hope we can get videos with less time lapse soon, I really like your content but I can't watch these types of videos for long periods of time. I'm only one person I know so maybe I just have to wait and be patient but I know I personally can't watch these videos that are only sped-up content, at least not for longer periods of time. I will check back in a few videos though and hopefully I can watch you build these great parks soon!
The guests not riding new slides seems like an AI problem according to me (I am a game programmer) the guests decision making logic is probably weighted so they prefer short distances from where they are currently or have a value like intensity or excitement that got an insane weighting making them choose the same rides over and over. Now I dont have access to the frontiers code but my theory is that some balancing and iterating might be needed in the backend systems of the game.
Anyone know if you can build bridges over pools? It doesn't seem like you can, it just builds ground underneath! Hopefully I'm just doing something wrong but i can't get it to work at all.

Honestly I quite like how the platform is hanging off the cliff. Adds that slight bit of realism jank that creates some real believability.
There’s definitely something weird with queue wait times. I have a lot of guests complaining they don’t want to wait that long for a ride. When the ride says the queue time is 0.
I think they are improving the slides soon, so that issue could be fixed with that update 😊
Report bugs on pc forums mate
The varied terrain variation the gentle winding paths. It's so good. Its so real!!!
Ok, but your idea to use coasters for custom animatronics is absolutely amazing! Watched a couple of these out of order and I love your use of coasters for realism/animatronics!
Please remember that seaworld is basically a torture palace for animals.
If they display whales or dolphins, those animals are actively suffering :(
Tf heeft dat met het spel te maken
Looks great Jonti. Hopefully they patch out the problems with the rides being ridden.

here's an idea, you should make a pool within a cave in the new area, I think it would look great
Yes! Like a hidden grotto type feel
Another great build! Honestly felt a little unsure about building a water park but your videos give me so much inspo, def gonna try it out! Thanks!!
Go for it!

Ohohoh, waited two days for this, best pc2 water park series I’ve seen so far! Keep it up!
to cover the glass visible in the exits of the slides, put waterfall effects over them so the riders get splashed!!
Looks great! The Ray tracing is I think pretty realistic, it wouldn't be totally dark under it, light would reflect off of surfaces for sure but it's not like planco 1 where it was just very bright.

I thought I sucked at designing coasters. Nope. Flumes have done me in!
Great stuff! Triggered some ideas!
Love it
this series is amazing. Im loving this so much!
10:30 you could use the omnimover darkride so it doesn’t stop in the station
There’s one at Siam Park as far as I’m aware, one somewhere in Dubai as well I think. Real good job of replicating it dude!
You know you can add a filter over your entire game, like in Planco 1.

This is simply amazing! Well done
nice one! I still wish they merged Planet Zoo and Coaster now that we have Pools. Add a DLC for hotels and it's the dream! ^^
19:32 I can only say one thing: looks gorgeous
This is fantastic!
Yusss, been waiting for this, i love how this park is coming along ❤
You could flip the rings over and hide the handles. Awesome vid :)
7:26 i pefer planet zoos style more too! And im more of a planet coaster player. The game is toooooooo bright i had to tone down the brightness on my tv and it helped a little bit.
Great build as always!
You should build a tube slide with the water jet launch!! There's one at my homepage and it was a ridiculous amount of fun!
Omg that first "statue" you made reminds me of studio 1 in Walt Disney studios, they had the exact same thing with tires above the petrol station
Looks fantastic

11:25 is that still water
Balkan still water
Fantastic build as usual! I'm always awed by the things you create. Loving this series, thanks! 💕
This is insanely cleaver 🤯
You were my biggest insparation in planet coaster 1 with your pirate themed park. now youre my biggest insporation in planet coaster 2. almost a decade later. Thanks
Looks good waiting for game in Post to come
You will be waiting for ever and ever.. there is NO physical release.. frontier has been clear they are not even considering a physical edition, so nothing is coming in the post
Another fantastic build! Starting to become my favourite project on planet coaster 2
I'm one minute in and AMAZED by the sculpture you made. Fantastic!
Love your vids man ❤
Golden Nugget in downtown Las Vegas has The Tank and Hideout pool complex featuring a 200,000-gallon shark tank aquarium which a slide goes through.
How do you even come up with these amazing ideas? You're such a creative inspiration!!
I hope you keep going with planet coaster!!!
on top of typhoon lagoon and aquatica. volcano bay would be another really great one for inspiration and would really be at place in this park!
you could make like a big hill and 2 slides going down it a bit like them rainbow slides you see in play areas
Orcas are dolphins too, not whales.
TIL!
I wish you could draw on the rocks in the lil area where u walk under the path or like add some skulls n stuff! looking great as per usual! also, what did you use for the water :)

Amazing build :)
Men I'm so impressed by your creativity
The sting ray pool from Uzuri was one of the first video I watched of yours
10:30 you could make a little cave that the fish will go into when the train stops
Love the videos
So goood!
Little Molova loves Tabby McTatt. Id love to hear you read it out for us all. ❤️
Love it. Playing myself planet coaster 2 but im still so lost 😂
Raft flume or the slide water coaster would be interesting options to build next.
Yes aquatica does have dolphins in that tank. I just wish it was easier to see them when youre going down the slide
Love these builds, your park looks amazing! I’m still in scenario mode myself, I’m nowhere near being able to really design what I want to (got tons of ideas). Learning the basics on PS5 after having played mostly RCT3 on PC years ago. But your videos are very helpful 😊
The new area could open up into a Ruins themed water slide complex
The one that stands out to me are the lazy river and tower of power at siam park. Both go through an aqurium
You need to look at some of the rides in Siam park in Tenerife, they have a stingray enclosure just like the one you built where the biggest slide in the park goes through it and the fast section of the lazy river, it’s also an all around amazing park with some great inspiration opportunities
I also recommend the harrier Hyde to you in planet zoo in Nuna Kanata so you know what I’m talking about
Waaat that is wild PLANET ZOO DLC WHEN
I’ve never been, but they have a slide like this at Atlantis in Nassau Bahamas. It goes through a shark pool
The animal you were talking about that looks like a dolphin but has the coloring of a orca is called a porpoise
ray bay? more like ray tracing bay with all this ray tracing you've turned on!! (looks good, mate)
also this single kid just standing staring into the horizon at 20:23 is really cracking me up for some reason
8:51 I think you were thinking of iteratively? As in, they iterate on their plans.
patch 1.7 aint fixed the Various stability fixes, including a sporadic crash when editing tracked rides it keeps crashing on the ps5 version so ive submitted a ticket and emailed them they better fix it FAST
Can you add like lights and stuff inside of the slides?
we need more splash effect on the flume and slides
Possibly the reason they’re not riding slides is that there aren’t specific queue paths? I haven’t played the game so I’m not sure if it’s even a plausible problem but hey
couldnt you use the omnimover ride to get past the station thing?
You can't currently attach scenery to track rides sadly
@@Geekism dang that sucks. That ruins some of my plans lol.
Could always call it Ruin Reef ❤
hers an idea..... ive just thought of this. since u can attach scenery to a train.... couldn't we make fake tube return belts and attach tubes to the train then just line up the attached scenery to the belt above ground and put like 15 1-2 car trains and now u have a " working belt tube return" just a thought to add a touch more realism
❤❤

Letsgo I was expecting for someone to make this one early, but not that early!
Oh Leaf was first nvm haha
Sounds like a Porpoise, or false Killer Whale, but, having never been, or seen the ride (I only know the Atlantis one is Dubai) I can't be sure.
does anyone talk about his aquarium in nighttime? it looks amazing!
I’ve noticed to (with getting people to ride the rides) that the default price is way way over priced. So I put the ride price to $0 or $1 and then people would come.
I know you were getting complaints about the camera with timelapses. Are you able to lockdown a 3rd POV camera for recording?
I think it would be cool if you hade 80s Miami inspired theme
Yeah the other big one people might know is Atlantis Bahamas where it’s a body slide that goes through a shark tank
Edit: had to google it just to make sure I wasn’t crazy
Is that playground on the workshop?
I know you addressed it previously but I hope we can get videos with less time lapse soon, I really like your content but I can't watch these types of videos for long periods of time. one have any tips? Buildings are not dark inside for me!
Do you think we’d ever see any kind of real animals, like PZ, with minimal animal management features or just animatronics?
How has the PS5 play been so far for users?? It’s what I plan on getting eventually
please be what I was thinking of doing. animals attached to track vehicles and buried underground
UPDATE HES DOING IT!
I thought I'd be first but its so cool
Ive just started playing PC1 and im curious is the resize thing a function in 1 too or is that only in 2?
I'm trying to run a flume thru, water, pool but the water Is in the Flume.. How can I keep the water out of the flume? It takes away from the realism
