Daily practice of this will eliminate unnecessary things out of your life and you'll be able to focus in the present, be more productive.

Thank you for courage and sharing sister. I see how this topic ignites you and understand why. In the end there is so much to tell. But story-wise it is always best to try to stick with one message and really nail it. Moving between different topics is common mistake presenters do, it makes it hard for audience to digest and confuses people that are new to these areas. My one year of research brought me here... I have experienced that energy.. But didn't know what was that.. And i just wanted to bring that again into my mind, actions, gossips, reactions.... But now i analyse what i was doing then and what i am doing now. And the difference is all that i have to change again...
