I would love it if you sold a sample pack with all the flavors of the cleanish protein allowing us to try it and decide on a fav flavor! I never want to commit to one protein without trying it first 😅
The only video I finished watching. This is a lovely and straightforward guide to protein powders. For someone who knows nothing about protein powders, this really helped me out. Thank You Please ship to Australia. Can you please do a video on pre-workouts, creatine, and other powdered things people take?
Thank you so much! I really enjoyed your break down regarding protein powders. I didn't know there were two WHEY proteins. I had a lot of stomach crapping with the concentrate whey now I know why. 😊
I'm a male in my 50's. Searching for the right fat loss protein. Milk kills my stomache. I'm allergic to soy. What would u recommend for me ? I would like the protein to be to last a month for the buck.
What’s a good protein for losing weight and building muscle at home? I don’t have the ability to go to the gym and weight train at the moment. I can only do body weight at home with no equipment except 10lb and 3lb dumbbells. The guy at GNC had me get that GNC Slimvance protein. Is that a good one?
I haven't tried that protein personally, but I recommend protein powders with very clean and limited ingredients like cleanish.com/products/cleanish-plant-based-protein-powder. I also like Naked Nutrition's protein in the vanilla flavor. :)
Great video Lacey! I am a big fan your channel and look forward to all of your new content! Question - do you still intermittent fast on a daily basis? The reason I ask is that you recommend 1-2 protein shakes per day. I have been IF'ing for about 2 months now (feel great by the way!) but I am not sure that I could get in 2 per day on my 19:5 window. I am just curious if that is an issue with you (if you are still IF'ing.) Thank you!
Hi David! Yes, I intermittent fast everyday and normally fit in my protein shakes along with my meals (usually breakfast and lunch). Sometimes, I'll have one as a snack if I feel hungrier than usual too. I hope that helps!
Thank you for all the good information. I’ve decided I want to supplement with a powder that is 80% isolate-20% concentrate only sweetened with monk fruit. Any recommendations??
Doterra came out with protein powder. I have vanilla but don't make shakes very often. They make a greens powder also I want to add as I don't eat many greens.
8 months later But I do have a question. What about those who can not have high purines such as soy and peas. Should we just stay away from protein powders all together?
