11k is a killer deal for that slab! In California (at least the part I live in) that would be at least 35k
Well thats good to know. We thought it was about market price for current times. But, depending on the company it was higher.
That looks very good, I have a 30x50 metal building done by Carolina Carports, those guys did a perfect job, even with the slab that look like crap, the contractor that did mine , did the worst i ever see, I did a lots of griding to make it better. My mistake was I pay all the money up front. But the guys at Carolina Carports make some adjustment and the building look great I'm happy with it. Wish every thing goes good with yours. God bless.
Hello Miguel, thats great to hear that you’re happy with your Carolina Carports building. I’ve been hearing a lot of stories from others with their steel building and not satisfied. Thanks for the good wishes its been a long road with this build. But, we’re seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. Thanks for your support!

great idea! thanks for the tip!

I’ll try to figure out something before it goes down, thanks for the information.
@@COVolcom my building went up 2 weeks ago, here's the time lapse if you haven't seen it (ua-cam.com/video/HaAYsN6YTe4/v-deo.html). Happy with the building. Water under the rails sucks. I didn't have time to put sealant before they put it down. But, I did sealant on the sides and it seems to help
