Just found your channel and for someone who is just starting to work on homebrew (I started off with a 1 gallon mead yesterday, it blewout over night lol) this channel is really helpful! Wonderinf if i can get some advice on my next batch which is going to be slightly interesting.. Long story short, I was vacationing in florida and tried a mango lager / pilsner that was so damn good.. Have you every tried making fruity pilsners or something along those lines?
I am glad you found my channel useful. Both Lagers and fruited beers are a bit outside of what I normally brew, so I am not sure I can help much. I have one video on a Sour made with a container of Blackberry puree added during fermentation. I could see maybe using a Helles style recipe and adding a Mango puree (or maybe start with frozen mango).
Thanks again for the awesome opportunity for the Collab. The brews that came out of this project were great!
You are not done with me yet! Expect a Brett Saison sometime later in the year!
Awesome idea for a collab! Nice work guys! 🍻
Thanks!
Great collaboration and video guys. Always learning from the best.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Thanks! Thanks for the Kveik yeast that made one of these!
