I was born in a little shack in the Hollywood Hills. One the best seafood snacks I've had was in a seaside bar in Newport Beach, was an Oyster shooter in Cocktail sauce, and the kicker was fresh grated horseradish on top. Muy Delicioso.
After all the eats on your trip whats going to make it onto the menu when you get back to the Philippines. Let everyone at your place know that they did a great job and the my family really enjoyed the food . They handled a table of 9 with ease . Great service from a great staff

If you ever get out Honolulu way Eric and Mercy you should try a Hawaiian dish called TAKO POKE. Another one to try is LOMI LOMI Salmon.
