Looks great but I didn'r see much with regards to fire saftey. Emergency exits, and passage ways look very narrow. I say this because I work in Thailand many people have been killded in pubs and nite clubs here.

Great Apartments fair price close to Astro park and walking street

Can't believe Doctor A is still there. I rented a condo from him back in 2019 in Burbon St Apartments. He was great to rent from, a super chill and fun guy.

Glad I am married to a pinay so I could buy HOUSE here. Renting is a sucker bet that throws your money away and enriches your landlord, most of which are slumlords in the Philippines.

Nothing like walking into a room and a guy having 20 women's photos on his wall. Even a photographer it's not normal. I will stick to my SM condos. He's a salesman and smart but the pole is stupid. Well except for the photographer I'm sure he has good use for it.

Great video; nice place; however I find the pole is a waisted space. I'm not sure how many actually would want that in their suite. Just my opinion.

For anyone that thinks $364 is a deal, I recommend you look at what you can get in Vietnam, Thailand, and Cambodia for the same $364. I think housing is way overpriced in the Philippines. I left PH and moved to Cambodia and the housing prices was one of the main factors, among many other factors. Also the nightlife in Cambodia is far superior to anything in the Philippines including Metro Manila. My Cambodia housing includes free WIFI, free maid, free parking, and its a few degrees cooler so I save over $100 because I never need Aircon in Cambodia.

Imo, overpriced shoeboxes. What's up with the poles in the units? There is no value for money in this complex.

In my opinion these units are overpriced. However, I would be very interested in seeing the other location which appears to be a better value based on what the owner stated in this video.

But, I much rather stay at the Drake hotel where I can go to papi's bar and chill for a hearty American breakfast. The problem with the Philippines unlike Thailand and some other countries, even the foreigners are about making things as cheap and small as possible. If they would get out of that take more, give less mentally and just build a proper place of size and quality they would go far. The typical eat today never save mentality is old and tiring. Glad I left that country, the people and the mentality will never change.

I’m in subdivision, 3 bedrooms, 2 bath , every room with split type air conditioning, gated with pool, 25k… near marquee mall… parking for two cars with fence around the entire house, 4 years old…

Why are people paying that amount. To be honest people are overpaying for rent. 364 for a closet with a bed and TV 🤣 no parking and what about the electric? Most guys with a fixed income paying over 300 should have a place where they can camp out and relax in not some closet. Good luck to all pea brains paying this🤣🤣🤣
