2.4 Hours of LeMullets: What Went on Behind The Scenes / What's It Really Like Being There?

- During the whole saga of getting ready for Cleetus and Cars it just made sense to come down early and be there for the LeMullets race too. Since the LSXcalade had a torched head that couldn't be fixed in time we loaded up Uncle Rob behind the Newell and hit the road. Doing our best to help out Cooper and whoever else needed it. This video is a "behind the scenes look" at what my personal perspective of the event was like.

Just funny how everyone gets out of their cars all sweaty and distraught, and Bowman looks like he just got out of the shower, fresh and ready to hit up wal-mart.
I did notice his hair wasn’t even messed up. Like dang bro how 😂

That’s part of nascar training . You have to get out of car after 500 miles looking good droping panties for sponsors .
I think Cletus MacFarlane is the greatest thing to happen to independent racing all just shits and giggles what a gift motorsports
Taylor ray went toe to toe with a cup driver, and was not found wanting. Damn he drove his ass off. I can just imagine how excited he was after he was done driving.
T-ray is a legend. He was all over bowman.
I had picked Taylor and Kevin to win on YT and Instagram all week before the race. I’ve seen him drive in person, he can drive.
@@sn95_mustang_garage yea I've gone to Orlando just to watch him. His car control is great. Plus he's such a nice guy. I wish he was just a little more competitive. It's great watching him compete.

That was a EPIC catch on video. I truly laughed out loud. You know he'll be back, this is his type of fun. And Larry Mac will tell others about this crazy young guy in Florida. That put together this event with just other You Tube guys. And all about this little 3/8ths of a mile 12°bank track. Thats been brought back from the dead. You know if Dale was alive he either would have been in a car having a blast. Or been standing there next to Larry and Nick. I can't wait to see what Cleeter/Garret comes up with next, Im hooked.
I feel like Brent and Jamie would be the most appreciative of the El Caminos. Glad they won.

In the last race he was choked up at the start. He's really living his dream. This wasn't just a win, either, he was out for redemption. He had a real shot to win the Freedom 500 and took a hard wreck, and you can tell it was hard on him. He can finally shake that off. Really interested to know what he'll do with the car, because that is a huge win in his soul.
It was only fitting someone with a mullet won lmao 😂. That and just Brent has always been a genuine and humble dude, glad him and Jamie came out with the win.
Well.. half the field had a mullet so the odds of a mullet winning le mullet is high lol

I think this event is the future, seeing all the behind the scenes vids adds so much. Even the format makes this about driver personality, not who has a biggest budget ect. I honestly wasnt bothered who won, i thought cleet winning would have been funny, but brent+jamie was the best end possible. And they won backwards by 0.001secs... hollywood wouldnt write that kind of ending.
Brent and Jamie earned it for sure. Their strategy was the winner. Their car was actually a total dog 😂
I also love that you can hear drag cars in the background every now and then at Bradenton.
The next couple weeks are gonna be dope. And yeah, the suck it showed up great.
Edit- when the Anthem started and y’all stood up without hesitation and pulled those hats off, it made this old guy get a little misty...

One of the craziest PPV I've ever paid for!!! Worth every penny!! Shreddy was on the NOS that last lap like a mad man !!! The light was flashing the entire final lap!!!

Seeing this side of Alex was cool . staying true to his brand sponsor Chevy.

I think the best part of ALL of this is the coming together of a whole variety of different types of car people. All these guys and girls support the ever living get out of each other. I’m super jealous that you guys have such a tight knit community of car/truck/SxS/motorcycle folks... so sick!

Transponder was in the rear but the flagger (who was a professional flagger) called trunk breaking the plane before the other cars nose. It was a legit win

I think its was a bullshit call. Brent was clearly not in control of his car and Wilkey was. Wilkey should have been called the winner. But hey, Brent and Cleet are better friends lol

Pretty Bummed Mitchell was not in the Race, but he better have Alex spending the weekend on the Bus.
KSR Kevin and Taylor Ray were definitely handing it out. I think Kevin got taken out towards the end but he definitely could have been the winner very easily. They ran hard.

Damn. That shot of Derek towards the end made me a little sad. Kind of standing there not knowing who to really talk to, still smiling though. He’s such a great guy. I wish I could see him more on other channels and more people knew him.
Looked like it was a hoot to be there. I wish I could have watched it live but my power went out around 4:30 PM and didn't come back on until early this morning. Oh well, $10 for a cool cause. Congrats to Brent and Jaime for the WIN baby!!!!

Good stuff man. When the checkered flag dropped and the cameras went to Spencer you could hear someone say "you know the deal" clear as a bell in the background. A race with Tahoe PPV's would be sick but would cost an arm and a leg. Thanks for the great coverage. Also "Suck it" for the win, you can't go modifying a phrase like that, that deal is already set in stone.

Honestly Alex Bowman looked like he was having a blast. When he got out of his car at half time, he was SUPER PUMPED.
Brents got the Colorado mullet. The Florida mullet is much higher. Thumb rule is the sides come higher the further south you go.
