Hey Travis, I have seen your Bass video and you have a nice jigging technique and a great feel for the soft bite. Try and get to Horsetooth Reservoir near Fort Collins. The Walleye have a very soft bite and only skilled fisherman can attempt to go out with a jig and expect to catch them regularly. They also have smallmouth and a few species of Trout. Hopefully you enjoy it but after seeing you fish I know you will love jiggin for Walleye.
