    Good plays for the receivers! I gotta show this to my son. Hopefully he’ll get it in his head before he gets on the field. That and building some muscle. Just over 5’8” and weighs about 134lbs. He might have some broken bones the first time he gets tackled 🤷🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️

    If you playing press again, jam coming off the line… now jamming is a technique in its own right…. If you can jam a WR with the right technique, playing press coverage will help you immensely!!!

    Here’s a maybe Coach. Is the WR dominate leg placed backwards or is it not, because you know the dominate leg in the back to front goes faster at the start of the whistle.

    Coach, how would someone beat a db that is in press coverage, but really tries to get into your chest and not let you gain any ground. I understand you can’t let him touch you, but what steps or route techniques should I work on?

      Sorda, it’s like you want to just shoot off the front leg but you want to shoot your back leg up as a stride. I’ll make a video on that if it confuses you
