- These are the TOP 5 agility ladder drills for dbs to improve foot speed, practice staying low, & becoming an better athlete in general. i hope you learned something you can add to your routine from this video. Yo I am a freshman right now but we didn’t get to play because of COVID so I haven’t experienced high school football but I played in the past it’s gonna be my 5th year my position is a safety would these drills be helpful?and any tips before I play?and do the safety practice with the corners back or they have there own group?
These drills will be helpful with keeping your feet quick and body position.. so yes do these but also the tips i would give for you is to live in the weight room,football field and study film💯 the db groups will be separate cbs and safeties but collectively one group.. so sometimes you will do drills together

Make sure you train legs just as much ✅

Yessir start off walking through then jogging then full speed.. do not rush the process you will master this with practice ‼️
You’ll get it bro! Don’t be discouraged when I first started I was trash, I been grinding every day and now I’m getting much better, realize that we all start bad. It’s not too late either, it’s real easy to catch up to others in footwork drills as progress comes quicker then you would think

@@nateosbornelife one more question sorry but how is high school practice different like do they put us in groups and we practice like that or we all practice in one team? And the hitting drills do we all do hitting drills or just certain positions and what position do hitting drills?
And the safety’s do we do 1 on 1 too or we do different drills
