I'm 39 years old and I'm crazy enough to continue wanting to play soccer. I was thinking about giving it up because my body was aching more than normal I figured it had to everything to do with age. After using a tennis ball to roll my foot as well as the basic three exercises that you have shared I have to say it feels like night and day and it's only been 2 weeks. I know for a fact it is not placebo effect because when it comes to athletic performance nobody knows your body better than the athlete themselves and I could honestly say this has changed my life.

Good evening coach, I just came to thank you i went from no feeling in glutes and back pain from my back not being in right position from it with the wrong pelvic tilt to having solid glutes when engaging in sports and it being activated when i do hyperarch exercise and balancing on one foot easily all with the use of the 3 basic hft exercise over 2 months

Is the training to become glutes dominant permanent and good for longevity?

The training reviews are always very inspirational. Should I be applying fascial tensioning while sitting for long hours at work ?

Is hyperarch fascia training permanent? Becoming glutes dominant and fascia driven permanent? I was wondering this because the best NBA players seem to be athletic forever into their old age which is fascinating.

Yes, of course people can get less fit but once sth is integrated into the connection you will use it on every day movement so it will stay

Hey Chong, could you offer some advice on the order of performing basic HFT exercises please? Maybe swing, then isometric lunge then hops?

Coach one question: Should I first stretch the fascia and then strengthen or the opposite?

Hey coach, is it possible to realign bunions with fascia training? Btw is there anyway to buy stock in your company? Fascia training/ fitness is a big step towards the advancement of human race and I personally would love to invest in one of the pioneers of industry, HFT !
