  • Today we will show how to avoid knee pain after running. Please watch the full video hope your problem is solved.
    "If your legs are strong but you still have
    pain in your knees. It's probably because your muscles are too strong but your fascia (connective tissue) is weak. See muscles actually grows faster than ligaments and tendons. so if you haven't done any specific work
    for your fascia (connective tissues) they can become overloaded
    and painful to fix this, we want to use exercises
    that bring blood flow to the tendons without irritating it further
    things like an isometric hold, high reps on light bouncy exercises
    to bring blood flow to the tendons and get you back out of pain. "
    "Fascia is a holistic sensory organ and connective tissue that interconnects, interweaves with nerves, muscle and tendons. Mainstream scientist during dissection used to disregard fascia as filler material, this is why majority of exercise is based on building muscular strength. Since there are no muscle in the knee, working the muscles around the knee to avoid pain would be a futile attempt for many. "

    I recently felt a glute burn in my right leg. The fascia connection must be stronger on the right than my left. Crazy how the glutes burns more than any hip thrust, etc... and it doesn’t even have to be squeezed like my glutes burn when just balancing. I’m not actively contracting my glutes. Good work Coach Chong! 👍🏼

    Do the marbles have to be perfect circle? I don’t have a marble but I have been using a rock that is more flat but still has some round areas.

    Would wearing a slightly higher shoe size help give more space for hyper arch tension while playing basketball and other sports? I usually would wear my shoes tight and double socks. Thinking going up a full size to get more space in the toes for hyperarch tension

      You might think that way, but actually it's the opposite as your feet morph under fascia tension, the shoe you wear might be too big. Double socks only mute the sensory organs in the feet.

    Is foam rolling also good for fascia? Does it help or make it worse?

      @HyperarchFasciaTraining  2 роки тому

      not really...that's different. watch video on why you are rolling wrong. you need to increase fascia fitness, glutes connection.
