I just was discussing this with my wonderful teacher and he mentioned all of the points you made here in the video but ugh! Just getting on with the metronome was a complete challenge but im still practicing!!
Hi there! The Subscription is 45 per month however you get a totally free 3 day trial which you can cancel any time within that period, and still have full access to all the downloads (all the downloads are free if you subscribe and cancel.) Yes, in this way students are incentivized sign up for a free trial and give my program a fair shot- which I hope they do as I whole heartedly believe in it! You get a DAILY lesson videos for a 4 month duration of time. The idea is that in weekly lessons- a teacher would give a student- say 7 things to remember to accomplish before the next lesson. However it is up to the student to be organized enough to incorporate all 7 things within practice sessions. My course introduces just 1 new core foundation at a time per lesson to get comfortable- before moving onto the next "day" or "lesson." In this way, the student doesn't feel overwhelmed, and learning the cello feels almost TOO easy! (yes, there are some days that require more practicing than others, and might be more challenging to accomplish...but.. as to be expected). The skills compound naturally, and gradually in a completely methodical and logical step by step process. Most weekly lessons cost anywhere on average from $75 to $100 an hour once a week. My program is $45 a month for every day instruction, so I would hope that it would not be perceived as expensive! If you would like the checklist though, please write me at Josh@manamusichawaii.com and I am happy to send you one for free. Aloha
