I’m not even done with this video and it’s aligning with me. I literally realized I’m outgrowing all of my friends. I don’t expect people to be perfect but I can’t no longer go over & beyond for people that don’t do the same for me! Also I’m just not into toxic situations anymore. It’s so draining and caused me to be mentally drained. I’ve been working so hard to get to this place I’m in today, to be able to just walk away from people that’s no longer for me. Something I couldn’t do for years I was a people pleaser and now I’m not. I notice I’m so much more at peace when I’m by myself. So now I just love being alone more than anything because that’s when I’m happiest! I recently had to distant myself from everyone I had to cut off my ex boyfriend who wasn’t good for me for good. I sometimes feel very guilty because I just don’t want to be around these people anymore but Im realizing it’s all apart of gods plan for me and for my greater good
It’s like you were literally talking abt my situation. I had to break up with my bf and ended up cutting ties with my old friends. They call me several times I don’t pick up, even moved to another address and haven’t told them… I feel at peace by myself working on my goals and getting things done. I love them but I can’t be with them anymore. God’s plan is the best 👌🏾🙏

Thank you for this. When I wanted better for myself instead of constantly sobatoging myself and letting myself be disrespected, my “friends” got triggered and thats when their claws came out. Since I have left them in the dust, every aspect of my life has leveled up! Release the dead weight and elevation will always meet you

I always thought I "outgrew" things because of the people I was around, but I realized that I only did those things because I wanted people who weren't meant to be, around so now that I do things I actually enjoy, it's boring to some people and that's perfectly okay. I've more happier, I smile and laugh more, I'm starting to create more and simply just enjoy life now since I am no longer in survival mode. I'm leveling my life to my own pace and I am enjoying the ride along

Not done yet - but I am in my Villain Era. I hurt people, I lost good people. I fully acknowledge that I was the toxic one!
But I stepped back, realized it was me. Am in therapy, and am forgiving myself and doing better. Still working, growing, progressing.
Point being - sometimes they aren’t the villain, you are. And that’s okay. Villains can heal too. And I fully accept that since they closed me out of their lives, in their story I remain the villain! It’s okay. Life goes on. Other goodness will come my way and I won’t ever treat people like that, no matter what I’m going through

I get so drained by people who are constantly in Drama and hard times, especially because a lot of times it’s self inflicted. I had to tell my friend he’s been in some bs for 5 years and instead of leveling up he keeps making terrible decisions. I’m done. Too old for that
As a person who use to go through this I'm so glad that you made this video Karine. I remember the beginning of my healing journey was very difficult to start and during the time was the first I'd ever felt so lost and confused about my own feelings and what's happening to me. I'm at a better place now but obviously every now and then these stuff still show up but I just remind myself that God's plan is bigger and he will help me through this. Also I say this a lot 😆 but Karine your videos were part of my healing journey and giving me reassurance that I'm not by myself and that it's kind of normal and okay to go through these type of situations but everything will be okay. Thank you again love 😘

Yes to all of this!!!!! Girl my life has completely taken a huge transition when I decided to level up. There are things that I still get triggered by in my relationship that I’m looking forward to addressing in therapy and in my alone time. Just watch what people say and do when you start moving better for you

I just got done praying asking God for either reassurance or a wake up call bc of everything you described at the beginning of this video bc I couldn’t tell if I was being too hard on myself or in denial about something that may be holding me back bc my healing journey has been hard and it feels like my flesh and spirit are constantly fist fighting and the last thing I want is to be deceived by my flesh and led astray and I literally paused this video at 1:06 to tell you that God has already answered me through you. I know you have the Holy Spirit in you. And I know he’ll answer more of my questions by the time this video ends. Thank you for allowing Him to use you as a vessel. I hope you know this channel is a blessing to ppl like me. You’re an inspiration and may God keep you safe.

Leaving people behind…. Whew I know some people don’t tell people when they are leaving them or cutting them off. But this year I had to for my own peace. If I didn’t it’ll eat me up in the dust. But what’s triggering is that my grieving period isn’t over from me breaking up with my toxic ex and my best friend ghosting me over a disagreement and I have faults that I beat myself up over and I’m done doing that because I know I’m still healing. If people don’t want me in their life or they ghost me I slowly come to terms that not everyone isnt going to vocalize it and that’s okay. Its def been a triggering year for me but the love I now have for myself is something I’ve wanted for so long

Thank you so much for making this video. I always wanted to level up but to be honest I have been so hard on myself and am trying to be more gentle with myself. I have a friend who is in deep depression, I gave all my energy to help her out but had no one to uplift me. It was so hard for me to stay away but I learned it is okay to isolate myself and allow myself to heal and draw some boundaries. I will help people I care about for sure but not on my expenses and I will help people who are willing to accept my help.
That was very kind of you to try and help her. Hopefully she can get support through a professional, it's too much for a friend to take on. As a people pleaser who was conditioned by having an addict mother I have found myself over extending myself trying to help people I thought were friends, only to find that they tried to bring me down. I struggle with depression myself, I"m not judging that, but I am learning not to pity others and ignore signs that they are being negative/mean to me
@@drebugsita am so sorry about your mom .it’s okay dear all we can do now is to give ourselves the same support we been giving .I still want help people but we have to be strong to do it. my friend is getting professional help already the good thing I didn’t push her this time I think what I learned people will heal when they are ready.
