Sound proofing my Land Rover Defender 90 - My first modification - is it worth it?

In this video I install sound dampening to my land rover 90 / 300tdi defender. This is the first modification to my project, and one of the most essential ones for me. I daily my Land Rover, and wanted to improve the comfort, and I felt this is the first major step to take. I’m pleased with the results, but I feel having a headliner fitted will drastically improve the results.
