I didn't vote for this (youtube randomly recommended this video to me just now) but this was fun to watch and I'm sure we can all agree pikmin series has some excellent enemy designs in general. My personal favourite is (Pikmin 4) Creeping Chrysanthemum. I love frogs and I just absolutely adored the new design they gave to the enemy.
The groovy fight is good. Not sure if you've tried the free Pikmin 4 demo but maybe if you play that and like/dislike it that could be your decider on weather to buy it or not.
This proves that we have peaked at Pikmin enemy design and battle with Groovy Long Legs, and that Nintendo should make more music themed arachnid boss fights for any future Pikmin games
This was great fun to watch vote around, and even though the Breadbugs didn't get first, we are happy they got 2nd and 3rd. Also 3:29 There we are Gary, there we are.
I’m good with this, I prefer the Small Breadbug over the Giant because it’s just so dang cute, but Groovy Long Legs was simply the most exciting, ridiculous boss I’ve faced in the entire franchise and I was grinning like an idiot the entire time. That’s how you create a beloved boss. Shoutout to the MDMA spray, hahahaha. As a circuit boy myself I found that hilarious, I mean until I lost like 47 Pikmin.
Tbh groovy long legs just has a great design, seeing it for the first time in game before the fight is super ominous, it’s legs are slightly disturbing and the contrast with its disco light ball is uncanny, not to mention the dubstep boss music that played alongside the boss as if the boss why making the music
I like how as it goes on, you can notice your poles get more votes. I can see this pole series really helped you gain attention and I’m totally happy for you 👍
I have yet to see the results or video, but I'm hoping Man at Legs, Mamuta, Bread Bug, and Groovy Longlegs do well. I just finished the video. I am not disappointed. Though now I feel more justified in wanting Pikmin merchandise like plusses, figures and stuff like that.
(i wasn't here for these polls so this is just my 2 cents) it does feel kind of unfair to pit normal enemies directly against bosses, especially longstanding ones like the emperor/empress bulblaxes, but i guess that just means that normal enemies that do manage to compete are particularly strong.

ah look its me yeah dw this was still great no matter what happened (i was sad my beloved arctic cannon beetle got 1% okay this dumb thing is my favourite) and honestly, big suprise near the end with Groovy I thought the breadbugs had this. and the semi-finals with the breadbugs and machine spiders was pretty awesome too really neat to see who gets placed up, even with all the bosses, the smaller enemies getting decent bit of love I just wish we could see actual ranking of every enemy, but its really neat to get a taste of it plus, it was all very fun
yeah, I would've liked to place everything in it's own unique ranking but this is about as close as it can really get without doing like a 1000 polls. Thanks for be chill with the comment I included yours since I know you had commented multiple times across many polls so I assumed you'd be cool with it, thanks for all the support during it as well. My next series of polls is probably going to be with the outliers that I didn't have in this video which will probably have a more diverse range of votes since the majority of the really known enemies won't be in it. Perhaps even a no boss, breadbug, mamuta, or bulborb poll would be interesting since that removes all the meta-picks people did.
