Thank you for the fantastic work out
Our pleasure!
Brilliant !!!!
Thank you!
Love these exercises. May I know the name of this pilate reformer?
workout longer than an hour but I loved it...I like that you make us breathe..this is so essential..please if you could help be more specific with the springs I have three reds, one yellow one blue so Im guessing when you say what spring to use LOL
If you have a balanced body brand-red is one and blue is 1/2.
Very profesional your work. I have had learning to much with yours videos. I would like take a workshop with all of you (excuse my english im of south america)

I love your class; I can actually follow along on my reformer at home. I have very tender knees & cannot put my weight on them. Wish instructors would give some sort of option for those of us that cannot get on our knees.
You can put kneeling pads down for some things. Other things you may have to adapt them to standing. Which exercises exactly were you needing adaptations?
Pretty much anything where you are having people get down on their knees. It is so frustrating no to be able to get on my knees but the pressure and pain is too much. I cannot bear the weight on my knees in a kneeling position of any sort.
Your instructors are awesome; wish I was in Hawaii so I could come to the studio :)
Can you sit cross leg?
II have a knee replacement some days I can kneel on it other days I can’t If necessary I sit on reformer legs stretched out and can perform arm exercises and get the same result as kneeling My instructor is aware of knee replacement and gives me options
Wow beautiful
Mahalo!
Heels on footbar: Feet flex like they’re up against the imaginary wall
Pull it in like you are sitting on a chair
Sit back in the chair
On your arches, feet and toes are wrapping around the footbar
Ribs stay connected
Toes on high heels - keep the heels in space
Who is the maker of the reformer machine tou are using? And where do I go to purchase this particular machine? Are the artacents sold separately? I would like to be able to do this at home and follow along.
These are from PeakPilates. I recommend looking at Balanced Body. They recently came out with a home reformer that looks pretty good. These pieces are expensive and weigh about 800lbs. They are not so good for home use.
Anyone know which reformer machine is this? Looking to buy one for home and follow along?
Aloha- They are PPS 2 by peak pilates. I prefer the balanced body systems though.
Just curious the girls have there legs bent and resting on carriage during the short box series. I was taught by my trainer to straighten the legs and lift the feet off. Is there any particular reason u choose to do it your way? Is there a right or wrong way? I enjoy observing your videos btw.
Great question! You can do it either way. I like to do it with knees bent heels pushed up against the carriage and hooked into the strap because you cannot rely on your hip flexors to roll or hinge back. You have to use your hip flexors and abdominals in a coordinated pattern.
@@Upsidedownpilates thanks! Great flow! Many great ideas to include into my own. Enjoy learning from you
