    Hey when I went to gym 1st time ,I did 10*3 pull-ups nd some pushing exercise,then my hand bent nd took 4 days to become In normal position,well now the situation is so depressing bczz I can’t even do one pull-ups can’t do biceps curls like I have lost pulling strength,my push force is increasing I can do 10*3 push-ups,nd other pushing exercises,it’s been 10 days now since I joined the gym,nd I hve never joined any gym before thi,
