This soup is absolutely delicious! I am eating it now as I type this. FYI, I live in America, in a very hot/dry/desert climate. I can not buy items individually, so I had to alter this a bit: I used 3 small leaks & 2 celery stalks. I also added smoked paprika instead of the extra pepper at the end. So glad I found your channel by accident. Looks like you have many delicious recipes that I will be trying. 😊
