Night of the Horse 2008 - Blake Goode Brahma Bulls

On Saturday April 19th at the 63rd Annual Del Mar National Horse Show in Del Mar, California we were entertained by Blake Goode. What would possess someone to put one foot on the back of a 2,600-lb. Brahma bull and put the other foot on another Brahma bull and then ride them around an arena? Blake Goode says he's still trying to figure that out! A Texas-based performer from Ravenna Texas, Blake Boode has been Roman Riding Brahma bulls and horses for 11 years. He was one of the featured performers at the National Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association, and has been nominated for the PRCA Entertainer of the Year.

These bulls are India Origin. Indians treat bulls as their family members. Nice to see them perform. The breed is called as Ongole in INDIA

I have never been around bulls....these dudes looks like they could care less...seems it took time to train, like with dogs or horses of either gender. Takes time and dedication either way....

while I agree that these are steers, you can keep bulls together if there are no cows around. They do it with the rodeo bulls all the time. (before this starts a fight I am not saying I support rodeos, just that they house the bulls together).
