Abbie Danielson Love isn’t exactly what’s happening here. These horses have been conditioned to move off the crack of a whip or a shift in human body language, Love has nothing to do with why they respond the way they do.
that kind of whip is not designed to cause pain or even crack.it's designed to give a gentle tap.what she's actually doing with it is tapping the horse so it knows it's getting a reward soon aka it's a event marker.which is one of the very basics when it comes to positive reinforcement and choice training aka the most common type of training method used now days. you clearly know nothing about animal training if you think beating a animal into submission is how trainers get animals to do things.you don't get complex behaviors when you beat a animal you get animal that can do one very simple action that is easily broken when negative reinforcement isn't constantly given.

I understand your feelings about when she taps them with the crop, but when she taps them with the crop, it’s to direct them and remind them to do their jobs & parts in the act.
@@lehamunsterman1879 My mare responds like that if you brush against her. Liberty training doesn't work if you use pain and fear. In liberty the horse has to want to listen to you instead of being forced to listen
@Nig Biscuit You are projecting. Ravens and other animals with higher cognitive thinking, sure. But no, not all animals. I doubt a lobster is thinking "if I act like I am in pain I won't be boiled alive."
You did an amazing job and your horses are very well trained 😄 Also for all you people saying that this is abuse is completely wrong this is a liberty work it's supposed to make a bond between you and your horse She is not hurting the horses at all I don't know if you know this or not but tapping doesn't qualify as abuse
@@enerra7640 if the horses were actually abused, they would be angling their heads and necks, whites of their eyes showing, and they would be nervous and chewing. these horses were relaxed and listening, licking and chewing witch is a sign of relaxation and trust, and their heads were hanging low. its not a fear based relationship its a respect based one. if she hurt those horses they would have no respect for her. their ears were relaxed and listening, not pinned so don't come at me with that crap. if you watch horses in the wild, or in a pen with other horses, you can see their ears are not forward 24/7 365, they are relaxed back. horses with their ears forward could also be scared/alert, or worried. these horses obviously know and love their job.
For all you haters of this... horses are so much rougher on each other than she was! That kind of whip is used regularly to desensitize horses not beat them, you can’t beat a horse and have them respond the way those horses did to her, they care for her almost as much as she does for them! So cool!! It’s so hard to keep horses from being distracted when they’re together (citation: my ~ five years of showing, and 15 of owning horses), and she did so well!! Beautiful!
Teagan Ven Actually, it IS a whip and not a crop. Also, it's not a tap...it's a whip. If she were better connected with her horses, she would need none of it.
Teagan Ven yes, she is just tapping it, not using it to hit, but if u see, the horse puts his ears back when feeling te whip, which means he's had bad experiences with it before
This is so beautiful! Blows me away! Love how they trust her and love her right back! Being able to see them in their natural form is so rewarding! Love the trust, love, and kindness their trainer shows them! I agree with you there, Abbie! Such a great trainer she is to! Loved it!
Just do people know... she is not hurting the horses lol. She is using the whip as an extension of her arm to guide them and give them cues. But Btw: to everyone saying horses have thick skin... they actually have thinner skin than humans with more nerve endings per square inch... so if it hurts you, it definitely hurts the horse even more. Just thought I'd clear that up!😊 But liberty is not something you can abuse a horse into doing.
I’d like to correct myself: liberty is definitely something I’ve started seeing people abuse horses into doing now adays. But from someone who owns a horse, I don’t feel like this is one of those cases.
Alright all the haters yall just shut up she is out there with 3 almost 2,000 pound animal's i wanna see u get out there and run in front of them like she is
If you think this is animal abuse your crazy. She simply corrected the horse very gently. If those horses did not respect and trust her, she would NEVER be able to pull something like this off. You would know within seconds if her training methods were "cruel". You would be able to see it within seconds if you know anything about horses. I've trained and rode horses for 20+ plus years. I never use crops/whips/spurs because I train in natural horsemanship, if used correctly, like she did they can be great training tools.

This is such a beautiful show! I will admit though, it seemed a little stiff. But it was so amazing and must've taken so long to prepare for! Such a great job!
Wow, she is an incredible trainer. Her horses are so smart and beautiful.
BEAUTIFUL SHOW..AND..MEGA BEAUTIFULLY HORSES🤗😘💜🤗💜
This stuff always makes me cry idk if its happy tears, excited tears or cuteness tears
Beautiful animals. Apsolutly stunning. I raise my horses the Indian way, no whips or crops, but this is amazing. Great job. 👏
Silver Heart
Out of sheer curiosity what is the Indian way? Please explain as I would like to know!
Do you mean the Native American way?
Excellent beautiful.
Thanks.
This is amazing and so beautiful!!!
It’s a goddess taming the inner beast of a man with love tenderness and discipline... I cried like a grow man.. ahh UA-cam algorithms to the fullest..
I understand your feelings about when she taps them with the crop, but when she taps them with the crop, it’s to direct them and remind them to do their jobs & parts in the act.
SquirrelsAndCoffee that’s a whip not a crop
Yeah she doesnt hit them hard with it so its fine
@@Boarchy she obviously at the end hit the left hard look at how the horse responded
@@lehamunsterman1879 My mare responds like that if you brush against her. Liberty training doesn't work if you use pain and fear. In liberty the horse has to want to listen to you instead of being forced to listen
It's a whip not a crop..
This Lady and her Horse's are amazing and awesome! 💚💓💛💙🧡💜❤️👍😀😃
To all the haters,
If the horse was in pain, they would make sure EVERYONE knows
Um well uh not really but it would certainly act up if it didn't want to do it
@Nig Biscuit I don't think animals even think of something as complex as that. Thats a human trait. Don't project human emotions on animals.
@Nig Biscuit You are projecting. Ravens and other animals with higher cognitive thinking, sure. But no, not all animals. I doubt a lobster is thinking "if I act like I am in pain I won't be boiled alive."
@Nig Biscuit Wait no... You are correct. I looked it up really fast. Nah, nvm I was wrong. Sorry about that.
@Nig Biscuit Nah its fine, no problem.
Astounding! Beautiful! Wonderful!
You did an amazing job and your horses are very well trained
😄 Also for all you people saying that this is abuse is completely wrong this is a liberty work it's supposed to make a bond between you and your horse
She is not hurting the horses at all I don't know if you know this or not but tapping doesn't qualify as abuse
I love liberty! You cannot force a horse to do that, it will chose and clearly this horse trusts and respects the woman
She`s amazing! and her horses seem happy
If you'd look closely, you would see something completely different..
@@graceconnolly5765 I agree, and perhaps if you guide people to watch Klaus Hempfling’s videos... it will help them learn horse language.
Those horses are beautiful!
For all you haters of this... horses are so much rougher on each other than she was! That kind of whip is used regularly to desensitize horses not beat them, you can’t beat a horse and have them respond the way those horses did to her, they care for her almost as much as she does for them! To bad you don’t know about horses you would appreciate them more and what she did with them!
All I saw was love and trust this is amazing
Thanks a bunch for sharing. :D
Breath taking...just beautiful!
So cool!! It’s so hard to keep horses from being distracted when they’re together (citation: my ~ five years of showing, and 15 of owning horses), and she did so well!! Beautiful!
Very true
Spectacular and magical! Incredibly moving.
Magical and heavenly!
Such a beautiful performance.
People know that 1. This isn’t a whip. And 2. She’s not hitting it. She’s tapping it.
Teagan Ven
Actually, it IS a whip and not a crop. Also, it's not a tap...it's a whip.
If she were better connected with her horses, she would need none of it.
Flaca Diabla That’s how you give commands. It’s an extension of the hand
Teagan Ven
WHIPPING is NOT and extension of the hand. Don't be daft.
Teagan Ven
Teagan Ven yes, she is just tapping it, not using it to hit, but if u see, the horse puts his ears back when feeling te whip, which means he's had bad experiences with it before
This is so beautiful! Blows me away! Love how they trust her and love her right back! Being able to see them in their natural form is so rewarding! Love the trust, love, and kindness their trainer shows them! I agree with you there, Abbie! Such a great trainer she is to! Loved it!
That's so amazing I could never get my horses to do that 😂
takes time and practice
This is beautiful and so is the music x
Saw them at Breyer fest 2019 , she’s amazing she was breathtaking...
I thought that such competitions exist only in my imagination.
I got see her in 2019 in Ohio. She was performing with 8 horses, at least 1 stallion. It was amazing
3:30 those two horses did the head flip in sync
Beautiful dances with horses, and the beautiful music of Lorena McKinnet.
Alright all the haters yall just shut up she is out there with 3 almost 2,000 pound animal's i wanna see u get out there and run in front of them like she is
Csodálatos élmény. Köszönöm.
Wow a beautiful relationship between Horse and human xoxox
That's a LOT of sugar cube rewards. The entire world should behave like these gorgeous horses !
Tara Brice I noticed that u never mentioned that u never use bits? Natural horseman ship??? 🤔 I call slight bs
Rosalie W I don't use bits ever. I train and ride with halter and lead rope. Maybe ask before you assume.
Tara Brice sorry, but u didn’t mention that u don’t ride with bits. Maybe check your comment before posting? :)
Tara Brice I’m sorry but u never actually said u ride without bits. Perhaps you could check your comments before posting? :)
Tara Brice you are very correct
Amazing Show and Beautiful horses.
Parabéns
I want her horse with the dark hair 😍
Simply magnificent!!! 🧚🏻♀️
The first one is an absolute stunner it’s so adorableeeeeeeeeee ❤❤❤❤❤❤
