Suggestion: add sugar to butter after fluffing the butter, makes it easier to cream. Also add eggs slowly while beating, it avoids curdling and gives u a smooth batter
I 100% support this statement. This is the correct way !!!! Also, do not add the baking powder at this point...That is wrong. It is added to all or the DRY ingredients, then incorporated into the wet along with the Wet ingredients if there is any.

Dont know about healthy🙂...too much butter and sugar and sweet candies and all that. But yes safer and yummy since we can choose how much ingredients to put in. Would cut down butter/ sugar to half.
Butter is a good fat and if we eat 6 /7 onces of this I mean if we eat this in moderation it will be healthy and it has dryfruites which is good for our health and yes if we eat the whole piece in every month one or two time or in the occasions it will like😍

I used freshly squeezed orange juice instead of grape juice to soak the dried fruits and less sugar.

1 cup butter is 250g not 125g.
I assume you used 250g
S W , when using measurement, better use cups instead of grams cuz it depends on what is in the cup. Flour is lighter than sugar.
