Hi, really useful content. Intro music too loud I can barely hear you. If you feel it is needed, please lower the volume. Maybe something less high pitch...😊.
hi, I'm suffering from a tight right foot. I can rotate my outwards fine and can flex it down fine, but I have almost no inwards rotation of my foot. When I try to move my foot inwards by holding my knee still, my foot feels so stiff and goes nowhere and so when I try to squat my foot always turns outwards to compensate for this lack of mobility and even my walking pattern is a bit bad. My foot also seems to go outwards when walking slightly. Can you recommend any videos on your channel or any exercises that could help with this?
I'm sorry to hear about what you're experiencing with your right foot. I do have a video specifically on foot turnout that you can checkout. If you'd like to troubleshoot directly with me feel free to shoot me a DM on IG (@jacksantorafitness). I'm on there more regularly talking with people to help them with their challenges
