The view really makes the property. Very generous proportions in the living/kitchen area. Lacks a butlers pantry which I sort of expect in these types of houses (entertaining). I'd probably install some sliding doors in the second lounge/kids area to make it more versatile eg. media room or something so that you don't interupt others in the house. I suppose the openess suits the current owners with younger kids.

I agree with the other subscribers comments regarding the tiny indoor dining area (although up north I guess you can eat outside more due to warmer weather), and the lack of a butlers pantry. Would be nice to see more houses that most of us in Australia can afford as well as the more affluent ones. Great tour as always Matt & Summer.

That’s a really nice interior, very beach housey indeed. Many Aussie homes in this catagory tend to be ultra-modern and cold on the inside…this most definitely isn’t that. My only caveat…the brass/gold hardware, awful 1970s flashbacks come to mind 😁 keep it clean and chrome.

Brushed gold hardware seems to be everywhere theses days. New trend I suppose.
