I love this house. That kitchen is spectacular and it's so nice to see some thought go into the layout of the property as most modern homes follow a very formulaic floor plan. The interior design is stunning and did I mention that kitchen OMG - I'm completely in love with this house. Great tour by the way, you really do this property justice.

this is 1 of the best home that you all have every toured in the UK. It has 1 of the best home interior and gardens that you have every toured in general it really looks like something that you would the U.S. Canada or Australia even the outside looks pretty good for a renovation of a 1950s British home. Tour was 1 of the best that you have every done also for a pre-walk though great details, explanations, scripts, history and clip inserts and general information. Please don't be offended by me saying this but It was 1 of the best home tour by a brit that I have every seen especially in the UK. keep up the good work.

Exactly. Not that I could afford it but townhouses or semi attached houses starting at 750.000€ around Frankfurt (Germany). Free standing houses from the 60s/70s that are nowhere near the size of this one roughly the same but they need a complete makeover.

Before you hate on here.. just know that you can also have something like this if you believe in yourself. On the other hand I wouldn’t personally have this interior but everyone has they’re own style.
Stunning house with huge space. One thing it needs is a walk-in cloakroom to take off outside shoes and coat. It should be near the front door, so go straight in and store them before going further in the house. This way, the house will be clean and tidy, and no footprints round the house. Why make the house dirty when there's a solution. 😊.

It's a very beautiful house, no doubt. For my taste the interior is rather a bit beige and grey. I would have so much fun putting my personal stamp on it with large colourful art on the wall, rugs, coloured cushions etc.
Love the downstairs rooms, they are gorgeous, really love the alteration from the pool to the kitchen just lovely, bedroom and ensuite balcony well designed, delightful space just off the landing ,could sit have my coffee and a book , very handy wash area , just love the house, like the garden area BBQ,everything you would need, garage for recharging your electric car,
I really like it. I’ve saved it as I want to build ideas for my home if I ever get the chance but need a basement with a bar and cinema room and a side extension with a good sim and gym and the rest is great in this house, just darker tiles like state colour
As someone who loves opulance id also say this is one of my favourite homes. Id need a pool though. Thats all it is missing. This is better than some of the more expensive london homes that have no soul. You could really live in this. The surrey home and this one are my two current faves as a newbie to the channel.
I'm absolutely taken with the house and the entire property. I enjoy watching house tours, and while I don't automatically like every house just because it's new and expensive, this one really suits my taste. However, there are a few minor things that caught my attention. First, the uncovered entrance doesn't quite sit right with me; it feels a bit exposed, and the floodlight above the entrance door disrupts the clean look. I'd suggest adding a covered entrance, extending about 1.5-2 meters, in line with the door, and maybe throwing in two regular steps at the beginning. Next, the yellow bricks in front of the house are a small concern for me; I'd prefer them to match the red bricks at the back for a more consistent look. Lastly, the garage being separate and on the smaller side doesn't quite fit my ideal. I'd prefer it to be connected to the house for more convenient access, and it should have enough space for at least three cars, allowing room for two vehicles and some extra space for a bike, quad, or anything else. Besides these considerations, I really love the house.

What they had an interior designer to do this??? no personality decor , if money was no object it could of been more stunning and forget grey / white black and bring in muted yellows , blues and greens . The garden needs some different heights to it and low areas not just a boring flat lawn ! lovely house with un imaginative styling !

Lovely property, personally I would put oak herringbone and remove the greys, underfloor floor heating where possible especially ground floor.
It's nice, but it could use some color. Everything is just sort of....beige.
